DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION! They quite literally stole money from me. I ordered a unit and cancelled the order because I needed to get a unit closer to another area. I was charged $51 total, day of; after canceling the unit, I was told I’d receive a refund in 5 days, not only did I NOT receive a refund I was also told they would have to ‘consider’ my refund. Mind you, this is $50. How disgusting do you have to be to ‘steal’ $50 when you’re a multi-million dollar company. So thanks for absolutely nothing Public Storage.

Horrible experience my move in date I rented a U-Haul truck for Six hours to move in I get to public storage with my 1st load get it unloaded no problems I leave get my 2nd load pull up and 5:15 to 5:30 put my access code in two times gate never go up on the gate it say we have access until 10 pm look at the gate and see a lock and chain with a full U-Haul truck that I was supposed to return by 6 pm I call customer service and they say they will email the manager I call the manager no pick up no response put me in a horrible situation because the U-Haul charges by the miles, have to refill gas, and I was supposed to return the truck by 6 I ended up having to return the truck the next day and made 4 trips back and forth because I couldn't get into the gate no one called back no one accommodated me for my troubles it was no communication no email no text no return calls not even sign on the gate that says out of service and why I was trying to get in 5 other customers came trying to get inI spent more money than in my budget because of the lock and chain on the gate

Public Storage is a great place to store you're goods. And the new lady that's working there is amazing, she is very helpful and she really knows the business, very polite and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend the public Storage on S High St in Columbus
The new lady that’s there is very nice and I’m not upset with her by any means, but my unit has been broken into twice since October. There’s a homeless camp behind the place as well. There’s people staying inside their units and there’s specifically a guy staying in the one in my hallway where everyone unit but his was broken into. And prices are very high here, payment just went up $50 a month and it’s not secure and I can’t trust having my stuff here any longer. It’s sad people have no life and wanna take from others. The company itself isn’t awful but it is pricey considering I’m paying $192 for a 10 x 10 a month now and my stuff keeps getting broken into.

Was emailed a code that didn’t work.
Paid for a lock I didn’t receive.
And 2 saturdays in a row I’ve went to try and find anyone to talk to and there’s nobody there.
Paid for a month of rental and never saw the unit.
I reserved a unit online and within 20 minutes Linda called to see if I had any questions and to make sure the process was smooth. Once I got to the store, the whole process was incredibly quick and easy. I honestly think Linda Is the Rockstar of this Simply Self Storage

This storage place likes keeping people’s money that is owed to people I’m owed $112 and they will not pay out. We talked with Linda and she looked it up for us and she found that the company owed us the money. But also said they don’t like paying what’s owed. So I’m wondering how many more people have been done wrong by this business? But if you look closely they only respond to good reviews not the bad ones. You should address all reviews not just the good ones.

I just want to say I went in yesterday to check on renting a unit and I would love to say Linda was very helpful and very nice took time to show me different units I recommend this place to store ur items
Just Horrible. Please don't waste your time. There is holes in the corrugated steel walls. So the birds and/or rodents nest in the walls or unit. The very cheep plywood doors just don't fit properly in the door frames. The door latches are so poor that you can't get a lock on properly. It's very dark. What little light there was is on a manual timer, and even with this, you still can't see anything in a unit. The person in the office isn't much help either. Keep looking elsewhere, as there is lots of other much better alternatives.

Rented a storage unit Easter on line, when I got there a lock was on the unit; spoke with store manager Linda Rice after the holiday who was very nice and professional and refunded my money back.
