I recently purchased a 10x10 storage unit from Mary at the Sinclair location in Columbus, OH. She was extremely helpful and very efficient! She set me up with the keys and storage within minutes. She was also very friendly as well! I highly recommend going to see Mary for all of your storage needs!
Terrible customer service. I've had nothing but issues with them on top of raising the rent every couple months. Break-ins as well. Truly not worth it at all, would not recommend. Go elsewhere!!

I can't complain Mr. Ron was very patience and kind he gave us a great costumer service, the space, the price it was all as I expected.
I was happy with the service at Public Storage until all my stuff was stolen out of my unit. Okay...they left me two vacuum cleaners and two pillows. The office guy was extremely unhelpful, and told me it was my fault that there wasn't a lock on my unit. No, their cameras are offline and my lock was sawed off. I hadn't accessed my unit for a month! And they supposedly do a lock check every day. When asked if I could be refunded for the rest of the month, the district manager told the very unhelpful guy, "That's why we make them buy insurance." (I didn't have anything left to store. It wasn't my fault that my stuff was stolen.) The police informed me that someone else had stuff stolen from the facility the week before. By the way, the insurance requires pictures or receipts for absolutely everything. So, regardless of where you get storage, be sure to take pictures of what you're storing.
I worked w Ron to complete my reservation. He was extremely kind, patient, and resourceful! He made the process very seemless; thank you.

So I can’t find my original review but it looks like they got it deleted. They will give you random rent increases every month. And will charge you a full months rent if you’re a day late on moving out. They called me and told me my debt with them was cleared and the next day I see all they did was sell it off to a debt collector.

The older gentleman that works there makes me feel uncomfortable. Even made accusations that we damaged the property and tries to scope out what we have in our storage unit.

But, management on the other hand, is f'd up! For months I sent numerous e-mails about the electric going out and that I couldnt see to find my tools in my storage unit, instead of fixing the problem, they sent me a letter telling me that my rent was going up !! Never go to Public Storage on Sinclair Rd. In columbus, ohio unless you enjoy being ripped off, ignored, and treated badly by the management man-boy that sticks his nose up at his customers because he thinks he is better than them, what a richard!!!

I've had the need to call Ron at the office on a couple occasions and he's always called me back directly and is the most courteous and helpful gentleman and a pleasure to talk to and to work with. Its not often you get that type of service by phone these days so it's much appreciated! I've called the corporate number and was on hold for over 30 minutes before being cut off, so I was delighted by the friendly service from Ron!

It’s been nothing but great service with Ron over at this location!
Good location Cost in line with others. Low rating because of their not caring to remove snow and ice .There was at least 5 to 6inch pile of ice covered piles of snow up against the doors all down the side of the aisle my units on. It was treacherous to try to walk from inside my unit to my car as I unloaded things. A fresh snow covered the ice clumps making it hard to tell where it was safe to step.
When I asked management about it he said there was a shovel in the office I could borrow. This is not easily shoveled as it was mostly ice covered snow. At first I thought the pile of snow had drifted there from the other side that was clear. They may have used a snow blower on the other side of aisle (which was clear) blowing snow there onto to the side of aisle my units on.
Ron was above and beyond incredibly helpful to me during a week of moving things during the middle of a snowstorm. He helped me shovel out snow from the door, helped me with a blowtorch to unfreeze the lock, even helped me carry boxes into the unit. His cheery attitude was infectious and he made what could have been a very stressful and frustrating experience into pleasant one. Thanks for your help Ron!!
Had the unit for about a year and a half it started out about 100$ per month then 140$ we noticed a leak reported it over a year ago left for Texas can't back my stuff is ruined leak still there I report it we need all kinds of documents receipts etc. Then my unit goes up to 200$ I asked if I could have another store room so we could go through the stuff and sort they said I would be charged for 2 units moving today
Ron is so kind and thoughtful to work with from getting the unit to continuing to be "on the job" to help with our every need!
