I don't like giving negative reviews, but this storage facility ended up costing me money. They advertised storage access from 6am to 9pm, and customer service availability from 9:30am to 6pm. However, when I arrived at 7am, I couldn't access the storage unit because the door was closed. I noticed that other people were able to enter, so I waited until 9:30am. When I approached the staff, they claimed that nothing was wrong and that the storage was open. Frustrated, I explained that I had lost my ride and would have to come back the next day to retrieve my belongings from New Jersey. However, even on the following day, they still insisted that the storage was closed.

The worst storage unit do not go to this place it's super hot and muggy they never have cards for you to move in or out the workers do not want to work there do not want to help you the worst place to storage your belonging do not I repeat do not I repeat again do not go to this location the worst location ever it took me 3 days to move out because there was nothing available no car available the elevator are suck the atmosphere is garbage it is the worst off the worst I will not stay in this place even if it was for free I'm telling you they got rats they got mold they got cockroach they got everything in this place and if you think I'm lying go ahead and rent in there for a month I promise you you will post the same thing my goodness this place is the worst I'm writing this and I feel like crying this is how bad it is I will not ever recommend this place to anyone not even to my worst enemy unbelievable unbelievable you know what the guy tells you if you ask for help they will tell you I'm sorry I don't get paid enough and it's true they don't get paid enough specially to work in this disgusting place

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. Leaving your items here is like throwing it into the trash. I stored my belongings here for 1 month and they were entirely covered in RAT POOP AND PEE. Their insurance vendor conveniently only covers $150 due to vermin damage. The facility is well aware of their rat problems, yet they continue to let people's belongings get ruined. SCAM, NEGLECTFUL, and UNETHICAL business.

I usually do not leave reviews but I had to for this. Terrible service. When I come I can never find trolley. There might only be one in the whole facility. And you can never get in touch with the “Property Manager” for assistance. But They sure will take your money every month.

I received excellent service from Marck! He helped me understand rent increases along with how to store! He was beyond informative and friendly! Greeted me with a smile and gave me his full attention! Much appreciated!

My experience is always good whenever I need to grab something from my storage. The place is always clean. Staff is helpful, my guy Marck is always a big help when I need it.

I had been here for almost two years. When I got there a few months in I noticed mice droppings and I was told there was nothing they could do that the exterminator would go around but not in the unit. Today I’m moving out and I see excessive mice droppings afraid of what I may find when I start to unpack. Also, what they won’t tell you is that there is no grace period. I tried to get at least a one day grace because I was unable to move quickly so I ended up paying for an entire month, plus moving in itself is expensive. The property manager isn’t the nicest person and no one is welcoming here. If you’re looking for an apartment and using a storage make sure you’re able to move before the first because they will charge you for the month. The customer service wasn’t the greatest and neither was my experience. Find another place and do better research. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but when I do there’s a reason behind it and I may be saving someone else the headache.

I have a storage space here and it has been okay so far. Usually, they don't have enough hand trucks/dollies to carry items to your storage space. I have to wait a half-hour to an hour, for one. Take your own hand trucks for faster service. This facility is not climate control or 24 hours. The late fee is $35. per month.

If you can get a functioning working elevator to transport you belongings in you are lucky. Once you get in the building and go to any floor except the 1st floor. The smell of the rat infestation will over whelm you! The price go up and the customer service you receive is none exsistant if you find anyone in the office ever.

This kingbridge location in My Vernon, NY is the worst. Don't even try calling the property manager because they will never call back. Their elevator is always breaking down and there is no other way to get to your storage unit if it's on the 4th floor because the planning genius' at this building don't allow movement between floors via the emergency exits. In other words find a storage where they respect your time and money.

I’ve been searching for a storage place for a while now and have been iffy about it all. I decided to try this Public Storage location and it was the best decision. Isaiah helped me out with everything and was so knowledgeable with all the questions i had. He definitely made this decision much easier for me! I highly recommend :)

This was my first time using/needing this service and I’m glad I went to this location. The employee there, I think his name was Isaiah, walked me through the entire process and really made renting space so simple. A far contrast from the other storage company I tried to use. Love this location !!!

I went here super stressed and frantic because needed a storage unit asap, the worker Isaiah was amazing 1000% He was very patient and descriptive with everything. He was definitely the highlight of my day. I don’t know who the manager is but he needs a raise!

I have been looking for a storage unit to rent out for some time. I decided to give this location a chance because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. I got the pleasure to meet and get informed by Mr. Isaiah. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I was able to rent one out right away because he answered all my questions and accommodated me to the best of his abilities.

I love this Public Storage location, particularly how courteous and professional your employee Paris is...he's always attentive and very helpful. All businesses need employees like him, they'd be gifting themselves and their consumers with excellent service!

Price is ok but you do get what you pay for.. something is always broken. The doors or the lights don't all work. Elevator is sketchy. Invest in your own cart cause you can never find one. The staff is ok. Some of them you can tell that they don't want to be there.

Do not bring your things here they have a very serious mouse infestation that destroyed all my property gross and disgusting my entire unit smells of urine. Can't even catch a good lift up to the next floor.
