Abu was amazing very helpful and knowledgeable to make this a great experience .
Very clean and secure climate controlled however constantly raising prices my cost has virtually tripled since I signed my first contract abusive!!!! Recently bought by public self storage incompetent billing dept and forced to buy insurance from them even though your homeowners covers you so I’m not very happy with them

Valerie has been extremely helpful and has gone over and above in helping me with my unit. The lock was frozen and she helped in getting it open. Valerie is very professional and courteous. She helped a lady before me and she was very professional and helpful to her also.

Tried to rent 2 large units a few weeks ago, spoke to a nasty lady Tayna who should never be allowed to speak to a customer again. Nasty is an understatement. How they have someone like that representing your company is disgraceful

I've been a customer since Central Storage opened! Karen and Tom were amazing to work with. They are no longer with CS. Since they left this facility has been declining! I recently returned to my unit and found the roof leaked and water all over my stuff! Substantial damage. I have insurance approved by CS to cover liability. This leak is the responsibility of the facility yet they are taking no responsibility! They have ppl flying in from CA providing talking points! I asked to speak with the someone in the Presidents office but to date haven't received a return phone! Customer service grossly absent! I'm so disappointed bc I used to like this place!
Just started using their facility. Met with Carol who gave me a tour of the facility and walked me thru the entire process including making sure my codes worked for entry.
She was a great reason, I started renting here. Hope all goes well in the future.
