This facility scams paying customers out of their storage units. I had a unit that I paid faithfully for over a year. I purchased the unit after I had a house fire. The facility increased the amount of the unit a few months back. I overlooked the email alert about the change in pricing. Still they continued to receive my monthly payments. The payments were now $25 short and began to accumulate an access amount of $214. I called and told them I was on my way to pay for the unit and understood moving forward the price adjustment. An hour later I show up to pay in full and I'm told my unit was auctioned and picked up!!! I spoke with the district manager Dan who was completely defensive, condescending and non empathetic to my situation. This should have never took place! People are so desensitized in this world. All I had left after a fire and you take that too! He said he would see if I could BUY back my unit! It's a disgusting way to operate a business. Sell a unit over a minor oversight and misunderstanding.Don't store anything at this facility. Sold the rest of my life for $150. It’s screaming inside SCAMMMM

This place is horrible. After paying on time for 5 months, I get an email stating my bill will be $50 more. When I questioned why, I was told the site needed repairs. It’s not climate controlled, nor is it open after 6pm. But you want to charge people more.

Abu was efficient quick and courteous while getting me set up with a unit. He was knowledgeable in answering all my questions that the call center was not able to provide clear and concise information for. Made my set up smooth sailing.

I had a Horrible Experience with this location. They have these fake promotional prices that are marketed to you then once you move your stuff in, miscellaneous fees and up charges go into effect!! Avoid this location at all costs! I made a partial payment ($75 out of $150) and they send me an email that my stuff will be auctioned!! I was not even 20 days late and I only owe half of one month. This is not how you treat customers especially if last month there was no access to our belongings for 7 straight days!!

please be aware of this facility, not only do they close before closing time, they don't have enough carts to move your stuff in and out of the building. They also had to do work in my unit, and I was not aware of this until the next time I arrived just to find out they cut my lock and did the work and they hired an outside contractor that stole a bunch of my tools, now the manager will not call back.

Stay away this company will get you in with a low rate and then constantly raise your price. I joined 3 years ago and received a 10x15 unit for 207 now they charge me 409. Even though they have the same unit advertised for 270$ online. Was told that’s only for new customers. Stay away from this scam of a company

Kim and Shiasia were very excellent. Very into their work and professional. Very respectful young ladies. I encourge anybody needs a storage unit to go to these two amazing ladies. They made my experience the very best.

There are not enough carts available to move your items. The hours are horrible. I would not recommend this storage to someone who works.
