East New York Storage Units Near the End of Jackie Robinson Pkwy
This Brooklyn Public Storage is located between Wyona and Vermont streets, near Atlantic and Jamaica avenues. It is ready to transform the homes of Brooklynites living in East New York near Linden Boulevard and Highland Park.
The classic red-brick condos, co-ops and multi-family homes lining most streets in the East New York area of Brooklyn are big on charm, but short on space. Residents, transplants and students alike can make their space feel larger by storing unused furniture and seasonal clothing in an affordable indoor unit. Ranging in size from a small 5x5 foot unit to a large 10x30 foot space, there are more than 550 indoor climate control units here to suit all needs.
Moving carts are loaned for free to customers and there is free parking. Access to the storage area is via a password-enabled keypad, and a store on site sells moving and packing supplies.
The area is a balance of gritty urban landscape with some throw backs to earlier times, such as East New York Farms and Fresh Creek Nature Preserve, 42 acres of salt marsh along the waterfront. Local urban farmers, mural artists and business owners can find the space they need in this facility.

There's no better storage facility in the New York Metropolitan area. Here the rices are reasonable, especially when compared to the cost of similar units in Manhattan.
Anniall, the site manager is exceptional. She treats each client with respect and is highly professional.
We have two 10 by 15 units here, and should more space be needed,we'll hope
this location will be have more room for us.

If you go to this place, you have to be really patient, because the lady in the desk is rude as hell…that’s the reason I didn’t rent a storage space here.
Jeselyn took care of me even though I came in right before they were about to close. She even helped me put together the boxes and wrap my mattress. She had a great attitude the whole time and saved me from having to keep my stuff in my uhaul another night. Much appreciated.

BUYER BEWARE. They will raise your rent quicker than a New York minute. My rent for 10x10 went form $145 to $387 in under two years. YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT. 145 dollars to 387 dollars for a storage unit. IT'S A SCAM. As for the facility itself...While the staff is helpful and friendly, the main problem here is the location. Always impossible to get in and out of the garage. There are only two lanes to park and there are always people blocking the street and the entrance. YOU CAN FIND CHEAPER, MORE ACCESSABLE STORAGE UNITS ELSEWHERE.

Horrible. I could not get into my account to pay and when I went they said they weren’t taking any payments. After that I received a call saying that I had 1 month to either move my stuff out or pay. 3 days later they auctioned off all of my stuff and they threw out all of my diplomas and my sons diplomas. So sad and I will never be able to get my diplomas and documents back, even though if the buyer found this stuff, they are legally obligated to return those documents to the office so that I could have picked it up, but they didn’t. I lost it all. DO NOT COME HERE.
It was my first time using a public storage. I was trying to find a good spot and came across this one not to far from my house. Tatyana was very helpful and informative. I honestly wish I could give NO STARS.. I had a unit at this facility for years.. nearly a decade. In late February I got a call that there was a " little water" in front of my unit. I asked if the unit had flooded I was told that they didn't think so. I went to my unit the next day to find that it had been raining in my unit for a LONG TIME. They offered me another unit as it was actively raining in mine.. I decide and moved my belongings out as I now had to go through stuff and get rid of a lot due to MOLD. That did not happen due to a leak that happened once.. NO, it had been raining in my unit for a long time. Saturday I received a notice from a collection agency.. they're trying to charge me for a month that I was not there and for a unit that had an active leak. I would not advise anyone use these people..
