I Just helped my mom get a space here at this Utica location and Samaj was nothing but patient, professional and very informative. We’ve never had storage so every question she was able to answer with guidance. Phenomenal customer service & a very nice young lady. 10/10 would recommend!
Samaj is my favorite manager at the property. Whenever I come to the property it is always cleaned never was so cleaned before when I used to come last year. She greets you with a smile, always so jokey lol, she was even able to decreased my mother’s rent. She needs a raise!!! 10/10 service all the time

The front desk clerk never stay at her desk, the doors are always locked and her attitude is a touch rude. They’re very expensive and stole my money in July. DON’T RENT HERE!

Hanah is an excellent Customer Service Representative. She is very helpful. I wish this place did not have their storage rooms set up with the units on the top of the units on the bottom. It's difficult to get into them and the rolling staircases should rise to the level of the platform of the unit. It's dangerous. Other than that, Public Storage is a good place for Storage and is also very clean.
