Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3850 W Craig Rd, North Las Vegas, NV

Assisting my grandson in obtaining storage space while seeking new employment. I am 84 years old with hearing loss. The employees were super patient, very courteous and kind. Thank you so much.

This was an absolute horrible experience 😢 With the way the economy is money is tight. However, you must pay bills. I come in to pay unit bill. I was accused of leaving debris in my unit. I just rented my unit in October. I literally wasvterrified as the staff tell me I owe $400 for leaving materials in trash or outside unit. I plan to move expeditiously! Inessia and Manny were polite even after I lost my cool. However, this was an annoying experience.

Ineesia here is so nice and an amazing person. I highly recommend her to everyone!! She deserves a promotion!! 6 star service and Manny that works here Is the best.

First time using a public storage. Manny was super helpful. Got me checked in, and told me where to go. I didn't know what the deal was with the lock provided, but he walked down with me and showed me. The facility is new and prices more than reasonable. highly recommend!

She assisted my threw the online and in store check in for a 10x15 storage unit that I knew nothing about. Explained it all fully helping me to understand the process. Because it was my first time again in 20yrs she made me feel comfortable in keeping my belongings in the public storage, instead of going somewhere else that was in mind. She is guaranteed one of your best customer service representative. Nora sensed that I was in distress and the prayer warrior in her came out and made me feel 1,000x lighter from the weight that I had carried from the momment I walked in.
