Rented a 10x20 storage unit, the first unit they put me in had oil stained floors that weren't cleaned so I had to be moved to another unit. Regardless, if you choose insurance or not they charge you for it even though the insurance doesn't cover water damage. So what is the point? The only reason I give them two stars is because they give you the option of using your old lock if you have one where almost every other company makes you buy a new one.

The over all condition of the storage unit itself is adequate. It definitely appears to be a few years old. For example the latch mechanism is very difficult to open and close. However the climate control, which is a major factor, seems to be working well. My primary dissatisfaction is with the hours my storage unit is available to me. Although each unit tenant has their access code, they can only use it during the limited hours the office is staffed. I am used to Life Storage units in Florida in which you have access early morning and evening, up to 10 p.m. With security cameras and individual access codes that can be tracked, I don't see why the unit is not accessible other times.

Went to this location yesterday and Janean made my visit the most pleasant. She was amazing, her customer service was top notch. She greeted and smiled at everyone that came in. I had a rough time unloading my trailer and she checked up on me and offer to help multiple times. She was the kindness I needed when I was losing my mind.

This is the absolute worst place to do business with. Been there for 10 years. Called three times to have them remove their lock. Got blown off. I've paid $300 to get my stuff went there different times during the past three days and the office is locked up or closed. I feel like I have been played. You took my money and I am unable to get my stuff? Maybe I need to call corporate oh wait you can't reach an actual person all you get is their automated system. All you will get with this company is a straight up run around. We also have the fact that my unit has been broken into more than I care. Don't get their so called insurance you will be out money and you won't get compensated. Had wedding gifts stolen along with leather jackets. My adjuster I think I was able to communicate with her maybe twice. Then she up and quit leaving no one to be able to access anything regarding my claim how freaking convenient!!!!!!! I just want what is left of my stuff and to be completely done with this company. Just pisses me off to no end I have to give one star in order to leave a review. By the way don't waste your time with the manager she's never in the office and if you call for the most part you get voicemail when you get a call back she doesn't leave you a voicemail

Was out of the country and got an email that I had been moved out of my space. Called several times no one would confirm my trailer was still there. A week later I went in they advised that my space was still mine. But the app did not show I had a space rented. Lady said she would fix it but never did. Today I went to log into the app and I don't have an account anymore. Called automated system and it doesn't recognize my phone number. All this on top of the huge rate increases ($112-> $150) and constantly changing rules, and not having access to belongings after 6pm. Removed my items due to lack of their systems working since they moved me out in error. Was onsite from 11 to 1130, no one in the office, tvs weren't even on. Doesn't look like anyone has been there. Called in to advise that I was out of the space. Not sure the laxidasical lady will actually process the move out. Suppose we will see. Do not recommend.

This was the worst place I could have ever went try to get my refund 181.00 never got that back they gave me the wrong storage unit I canceled the same day and I still never got my refund now they're not giving it to me all they did was give me the runaround and be careful. go to CubeSmart they have better deals and they will not steal your money . nothing was never done 200.00 down the drain. I paid $88 for a whole month for a big unit a very big one you need to look that up CubeSmart is the place

This is by far the worst place ever. Have you ever heard of “ by appointment only were in office “ are you serious. I try to call and call again and again. Nobody answers phone or returns calls. I almost got auctioned off because of it. Late fees locks that I paid for but they took back. This place seriously needs to be investigated and give me back all my late fees and such because nobody is literally never there to take payment. Please keep this place last on your list to store things, not to mention the short hours are ridiculous

There cashier lives on property above there front desk you do.not Have access to the place after 5 PM which is ridiculous. This is Las Vegas. Everything is open 24 hours. You're supposed to be allowed to enter your storage when you're paying monthly anytime you want. I've never heard of a ridiculous thing in my life and seen the cashier live on property with her children. Most ghetto

Had the best experience renting a unit at this location with Heather. She was so helpful and handled everything like a pro. It was very busy and still remained friendly.

I don't like having to be in the back, but for the price it's ok. They didn't have any of those carts and I had to walk everything one by one, omg hard on my back. But I recommend because they have good price for first month, so check them out.

The lock wasn’t working when I ordered the unit. They were able to replace. But now I’ve come to switch some stuff and the unit won’t lock and there’s nobody here to help. I’ve been on hold for someone hoping I can reach someone to help. I will not use this place again. Am actually considering changing when I come back.

I’m glad I have a place to store extra stuff in, but I’ve called four different times, left messages, and never heard from anyone. I could’ve paid my bill on time if someone would be in office or answer the phone. I’ve had problems from the beginning with online payments, it won’t let me log in, and I’ve asked for help with that too. NOBODY has helped with any of the issues I’ve had. So I’m pretty disappointed to say the least.

They have raised the rent multiple times. Need to move my stuff.

Someone broke into my unit in October I asked for an incident report I've been calling every week since then I missed work can get paid from work until I get proof that someone broke into my unit and no one will return my cal. Totally bad business you mean no one is ever there but you can call me on a Sunday if I miss a payment not good

I reached out to public storage via e-mail to get help down sizing my unit to be affordable or given a grace period to take care of my rent, due to financial hardship. Greg and Nick from upper management contacted me in less than 24 hours! Nick moved forward in the process with me, he was so amazing and patience over the phone by helping me find a solution to my situation. He made sure that Amelia at the location would be expecting my arrival and she was great, attentive, and sweet!

I've had to put my items in storage over always called public storage, I've been at 3 different sites, but my most memorable has been there at the Jones and Lakemead site, Becky is always courteous and always nice she has such an infectious smile and personality! She's let's you know that she's got you!! No matter what you can come in stressed out and leave with knowing she was able to help make the move much more nicer. Plus the camera's we're all off and I was told they didn't work and it would cost too much money to fix smdh.

Good storage

The lady works there is nice and knows what she's doing. Quick in out with getting a spot.. very convenient. Just the dang place closes hella early and it's before I get off so getting to even go to it is a hassle

Spoke to Dist Mngr.. He was very interested in my first review and explained that he didn't want that to be the impression left. He assured me that future would be a more positive experience. I was surprised and happy that he took an interest in what is going on at one of company locations.

This location is absolutely terrible. It is ran by someone that is a drug user and thief. I felt extremely uncomfortable in the office after waiting 30 minutes outside and listening to a grown man screaming at a child from inside the locked building.I stated I was uncomfortable and did not want to move forward with them. She then berated me for that decision and told me I wouldn't receive the admin fee back. Fine but now I just received a bill for a storage unti that I have never even entered! This is theft, unethical and immoral. I will continue to pursue all avenues until I see some sort of justice for this situation.

My car was broken into while I stored it here for only 3 weeks.. Lady at the front desk was not sympathetic at all. They have cameras but I was unable to see my car clearly from any angle and now both doors and battery are damaged.

She did her job way Aboveboard in helping me get a Storage Unit set-up. Also, Jim, from the So. Rainbow Bl. & Desert Inn Rd. Facility, was "Extremely Helpful" in helpingg me to Find A Storage Unit in my area that had a space for All my things.. These 2 People Are "DEFINITELY" An Asset To This Company! I Thank Them Both So Much For All Their Help & Patience With Me!! I Will DEFINITELY Refer This Company To Others! Thanks So Much Ms. Amelia & Mr. Jim!!!

I always use a place that I have used in the past that I have had a great experience with. 1900 N. Jones Public Storage is the place. I have nothing but great experience with. So if you have any doubts about another storage, this one is worth the distance or time. Great prices too.
