lack of communication!!! We have been loyal customers paying our storage every month and the last month I was told one thing on the phone from somewhere there and a different thing in person from the manager , the manager was not willing to work with us our last month . I understand it’s in our contract , but to feel like they didn’t care was disappointing and unbelievable! Will never and I mean NEVER rent from public storage again .

This place is a joke they want you to pay a whole month even if you take your stuff out... plus when we went and moved stuff there was no lite in storage when we asked for lite 💡 they said they don't have any.... and there was dead mice in my stuff when we moved it out and it was not there when we put our stuff in. So all my stuff has to now be sterilized who know what has mice urine and poop. These units not worth 239.00 dollars with no lite and mice. Go to cube storage cheaper and cleaner
I called and spoke to an attendant on the phone prior to arriving at desired location.
Upon arrival at the unit I wanted to rent at 5050 Brush Street, in Las Vegas, the lady in the odd was not very receptive and created unnecessary confrontation regarding showing me the unit, doing the contract and receiving my payment.
Finally she took me around to show me what was available. When I told her about so many 🪳 🪳 🪳 she totally disregard my concern, gave me no explanation, besides that there is something inside the unit to keep the bugs 🪳 🪳 🐞 🐜 away, and went about talking about all the other requirements. I will contact the unit manager today and inquire about the 🪳 🪳 🪳 around the halls on the second level where my 5x10 is located today before 5pm, since there is insurance offered to me free of charge on the first month.
I was not told over the phone that only next month’s payment was
the one being prorated.

I rent units all over the country. This is the worst company to deal with. Next to impossible to get someone on the phone. Manager wouldn’t help because it was his day off. On a Wednesday SMH
I have such a great respect for Cecil the Public StorageManager at the storage located at 5050 W. Charleston he works hard and is good about making sure your ok with everything he’ll answer any questions you may have. I’m not very happy with people who just disrespect him because they think it’s ok when it’s not. He is very accommodating and very understanding if you just do the rite thing and have respect for the guy you’ll see what good people he is.
I have nothing but good vibes and great personality so far I need 2 Xtra days pay a little late fee and no problem. Nothing but 5 star ⭐✨⭐✨ ⭐✨⭐✨⭐.

To all my followers I know I have not been able to open due to a surgery I must go under after that I will be open to the public due to sickness SRM HAD TO DELAY OPENING OK.
The elevator just got fixed after being down for 2 months. Now the box out front is not working to the entrance. The manager Cecil can't give a date when it will be working. So you can't get in until he starts his shift from 9am. The gate is supposed to open from 6am. He closes the gate at 6pm when he gets off. The is supposed to be manually opened from 6am and should not be closed until 9pm since the box is not working. But he makes his own rules and is too lazy to do his job. 3 times I have entered the facility and seen drug addicts sleeping in the hallways. I've seen drug addicts attempting to cut off the lock to one of the units. I would advise you to look elsewhere for storage space. This facility is not safe or secured. Cecil is useless and utterly pathetic! I demand compensation for being locked out my unit. I work from 8am to 6:30 and have no way to get in my unit that I pay $86 a month for.

Absolutely horrible. Elevator not operating for 3 weeks now. Smells horrid inside the climate control building. Magnets on the door to keep it open are missing so using my own stuff to keep the door open or you have to input the door code every time. No knowledge from staff on when these problems are going to get fixed. I would rather pay the extra money to have my things stored in a more reputable company.

It’s a storage facility, so it should be difficult to not get 5 stars?….no issues with exception of a $40/month price hike after several months of being a customer. During our scheduled move out, I was told it would not be pro rated which I believed to have thought I read on the website. Otherwise I would have scheduled the move out at the end of the month. Regardless, I fee they should have been transparent with both issues listed above. Not sent a random email of a price hike and not inform you upfront of the move out. For instance, when you schedule the move out, have a pop up stating what to expect. As for the price hike, when you only pay $139/month and then go up to $179/month, that’s a significant price hike for no reasons given. It’s not like they got new software, more land, upstaged units etc.
