I came here not expecting much, but was amazed by the experience. Nora is a great store manager & very helpful, the office smelled and looked extravagant, the bathroom was clean for once. And she was able to answer all of my questions without having to call some guy named Tom. Who i think is made up and they just say their calling Tom when they have no answers. Ineesia is amazing! She is DEFINITELY an asset to your company. THE ONLY ONE. I have had nothing but horrific experiences with receiving any semblance of cust serv since I rented the unit. I was overcharged, have not been able to gain access to my unit since Sept 24th, have tried, literally 100's of times to speak to someone, left soo many mssgs with no response. Was not advised of the monthly $15 required insurance fee, was billed, and I have, and have had renters

This specific facility at 1881 N Decatur is the worst storage facility have EVER used. Raised my unit 28% without prior notice. Poorly run. Frequent turnover of management. Can't ever locate a cart. Don't know if there are any carts.The place is without air even though a few air units were put in many months ago to replace the fans. I've not seen, felt or heard them running in the building I was in...BUT, I found a place a tiny bit farther and well worth it. Beautiful cool air all the time, clean place with plenty of carts. No holes in the ceiling. And I rented a unit twice the size for a third of the rent I was paying at the Decatur facility. Oh, Happy Day!!

ATTENTION 👀🖐🏽 ……. SOOOO original I was greatly disappointed in this location and the way everything I encountered has played along. But GOD IS GOOD 🙏🏾 He sent Big Boss (District Manager) to the rescue and that INDEED is what he did …. if I could give Mr. Boss Guy an infinite star rating that’s how great he is at his job and amazing communication and customer service skills; he went ABOVE AND BEYOND (even that’s an understatement) to actually understand and I hate to say fix so I’ll say “adjust” my situation. BEST PHONE CALL from any company I’ve ever experienced 💯 ….. Just for reference here is original review stars 2 Ever since I made the reservation to rent I have YET to get in contact with ANYONE that’s actually at this location! What in the Universe is going on here!?!?!? First day I had work so I couldn’t make it before the office closed but made it in time before gate access closed; long story short I had to call customer service in order to get the code to my lock and the agent that helped me that day didn’t know what he was talking about & the following day was even worse 🤯 but I had great customer support that day, but not from anyone on the property. …. 😮‍💨 from hell to heaven with Tom 🙏🏾 let’s keep this Business Relationship Going Great 🫶🏽 THANK YOU AGAIN TOM SERIOUSLY MEANT MORE THAN YOU EVER WOULD KNOW 💯🤝🏽

Yes I called inquiring about storage availability and cost. I spoke with Jalah, which was very helpful and resourceful. She explained the full process of renting a unit and answered all of my extra questions. She was very professional and patient with me. I am reserving my unit with her. Thank you for making my life circumstances much easier for a storage unit rental.

My experience at this particular location has been stellar! When I checked in, the staff was friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service. I love the contactless entry option once you download the Public Storage app and I received an excellent price. What has impressed me most about this location is their staff’s vigilance. One afternoon, I had my unit open with my car parked in front of the open door as I searched for something and I received a phone call to inform me that my unit door was open. On another occasion, after staff conducted their rounds, they noticed I had an incorrect lock on my door so my unit was unsecured and they notified me immediately so I could put the correct lock on my unit. Lastly, when I updated my information on the app, I received a text to confirm that I changed my information. I did go up there one afternoon and the office door was locked and no one seemed present. However, once I called the manager picked up and granted me entry into the office to get the correct lock. I have been super impressed with this location so I am shocked the reviews aren’t higher.

If I could give any and all public storage a zero I would, the customer service let's start there Heidi with corporate that over talks you and is very rude. Or how about increasing the rent by $71 a month for no additional services. This place is a joke. This facility is terrible no one on site to speak to without an appointment, but your increasing the rent??? Make it make since....

BREAK-INS, HOMELESS HOTEL & WORST "MANAGER" EVER! My storage was BROKEN into in MARCH! The NEW MANAGER, didn't tell me, until 5 MONTHS LATER! She only called me to tell me, THEIR LOCK was on my storage & I needed to come in & put my own lock on it. NO APOLOGY! They go through so MANY MANAGERS, prob cuz of ALL THE PROBLEMS, on this PROPERTY! I moved out of town, a YEAR ago! She couldn't even take a picture of anything missing, for me! 9 MONTHS LATER, (5 DAYS AGO, NOV 30TH) I'm back in town to MOVE EVERYTHING OUT, into the VIP of all storage places! NOT PUBLIC STORAGE! EVER AGAIN! LOCATION is obviously, IMPORTANT! IF YOU want to KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS, DON'T MOVE IT HERE! The last 2 managers were awesome! Actually, WORKED in the OFFICE! They RETURNED phone calls, RIGHT AWAY. They put in CAMERAS, in the HALLWAYS, a YEAR AGO. There was a HOMELESS GUY, on a bike, LIVING IN HIS STORAGE, for a month. I should have told them that, a few days in. He got RESTRICTED & could only come in, during BUSINESS HOURS. Of course, he FOLLOWED ME & everyone else IN, whomever had a gate code! Another guy, mentioned he heard CHAINS & said there is a guy, holding a girl HOSTAGE, in the storage unit. A few seconds later, I hear the CHAINS rattling! I went straight to the OLD OFFICE MANAGER, last year in Dec, 1 year ago. The manager said, OH GOD, & then closed the door. Not sure if he checked on the situation or called the cops. That Manager, didn't even want to open the office door, for me. They just closed, 6 pm. A few minutes before, this happened, I let the Manager know I was followed in by the Homeless guy on a bike, for a month & I wanted to switch storage units, ASAP! My storage unit was in the front of the building. I had them MOVE me to a different storage unit! He was hanging out, during BUSINESS HOURS. My new storage unit, was moved towards the back of the building & the door already looked broken into. I didn't say anything, cuz it got me away from the HOMELESS GUY. The old Manager, asked if I wanted to be a SECURITY GUARD there! That wouldn't be SAFE, at all! I was moving & selling my stuff, TRYING TO GET OUT, of that LOCATION! The only time they had a SECURITY GUARD, was when the MAIN GATE was BROKEN and didn't close! The TEMPORARY SECURITY GUARD stayed OVERNIGHT, a few nights! The back door was BROKEN, on the 1st storage building, for months! Anyone, could hop the fence, & go inside the 1st building, inside the hallway of storage units, and break in. This was when there, were no cameras, in the hallways! They put in a PORT-A-POTTY, out by the front building, for a month. BEFORE FIXING THE BROKEN BACK DOOR, to the storage hallway! I witnessed a BREAK IN, about 5 people busted a lock open & started moving furniture out! Could have been her storage unit & she didn't pay the bill or just ANOTHER BREAK IN. So, TIS THE SEASON, for BREAK INS! If YOU value YOUR BELONGINGS, I suggest, a diff LOCATION or DEFINITELY a DIFFERENT STORAGE COMPANY! There are SAME/BETTER PRICES, in BETTER AREAS!!! I did happen to FILM, this NEW MANAGER, opening/struggling to get her lock, off my storage unit, 5 DAYS AGO. She had 2 bang her leg against the door, a few times. AGAIN, NO APOLOGY! All she said was, THERE YOU GO! She then opened another guy's storage, a few doors, down from mine. I didn't realize he was moving out! Until he said, goodbye to me. I then told him, I'm MOVING OUT, too, cuz of the BREAK IN! He use to own a another storage company & told me there was a Manager, STEALING people's PROPERTY, there! (Diff Company) Either way, LESSON LEARNED! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! GOOD LUCK TO THOSE of YOU, keeping YOUR HARD EARNED, BELONGINGS, THERE! Oh! The TOPPING on this WHOLE EXPERIENCE. The 2nd day, I came in to MOVE OUT, I received an EMAIL, saying my RENT will be HIGHER in JANUARY 2024 (In 1 MONTH) No way! They RAISE the RENT, all the TIME! Yet, they DON'T FIX BROKEN DOORS or improvements! Well, the NEW CAMERAS, LAST YEAR! Still, they didn't catch whomever BROKE IN! The CAMERAS are HELPFUL, so they can get rid of the HOMELESS HOTEL, they have HERE!

The get you from start when you sign up with huge fees and admin fees so the &1.00 for the first month is a lie then they just take money out of your account when ever they want to and take what ever amount they want to no notices no nothing just whenever. Never ever have I been able to talk to a human at the decatur & lake mead location. Worst worst ever. DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE at least this location. Secure they are not. Got broken into and there were no signed of forced entry and they still charge full rent. No discount for any of it.

Worst place ever. Brian was so rude and while I was following my husband into the hallway our unit was in, Brian exited the door and let it slam in my face while I was holding my infant son in my arms, locking me out and walked off. What kind of person does that? When my husband asked him if he did that on purpose, Brian stated “Ya I probably did.” Plus they close early with no warning. Don’t rent here, it’s not worth the headache or the attitude you receive.

By far the worse company ever. DO NOT do business with this company. They have so many hidden fees, worse customer service, tell you one thing and it’s the complete opposite of what actually happens. Terrible company, terrible policies. Unless you love stress and getting taken advantage of, select a different storage company. Do yourself a favor and run far away from public storage

What separated this facility from the competition was the professional staff and eagerness to help me solve my storage concerns. After several months here now with changes in my needs, Martel has once again come through! Very personal service that has made it easier for my acclimation to Las Vegas. I forgot to lock my storage unit last night. I did not realize until I found lock still on key ring this morning. I could not make it to storage site until 11:00 AM. I was in a panic hoping I had not been looted. I arrived to find my unit locked. I went to office and Martel had discovered unlocked unit, checked and saw contents still inside. Everything looked O.K. so he put lock on it. So by the time I arrived unit was safe secure all contents there and locked! I also would like to comment on Martels professional courteous demeanor and attitude. You don't always encounter that anymore. I found it to be quite refreshing.. Thank you again Martel.

Two days after I parked my trailer it was stolen. No communication from PS. Complaints filed with BBB and Attorney General office. Employees stated to me " I don't care". Restitution needs to happen. My trailer and equipment was safer parked on the street! Do not rent here!!! They don't care!!!

I came into this location today and the lady I believe she said he name was Sherry was extremely helpful and asked alot of questions about what I was storing and extremely knowledgeable about storage. She was helpful and very polite and nice. I didn't rent a space today I was just shopping around but when I'm ready I will definitely go to this location. I truly enjoyed her vibe. Great person and friendly I would give her 8 star if I could.

I want to give a shout out to the employee Pan. I needed to get an important document from my storage that my new employer requested. Unfortunately I was late on my payment so I did not have access to enter my unit. I informed Pam about my predicament, she went above and beyond and was kind enough to give me access to the unit to retrieve it so I can keep my job and able to pay my unit soon. Great place for storage. Staff is awesome.

They close their office early without warning. They sold me the wrong type of unit then refused to refund my money although I had not even been given the assigned spot yet. Worst of all was the way the nasty little girl in the office treated my autistic son then was extremely nasty to the rest of us. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place & will certainly take all of my business anywhere else, not here!

I came in recently to look at a unit to rent while we are remodeling our home. The manager on duty, I believe his name was Brain, was very attentive. He went over the different options available and terms for rental as well as any specials. He answered all my questions in detail. I ask a lot of questions and he did not seem annoyed at all. He reassured me that my items would be safe and gave me comfort with this decision I have to make. He took me to 3 different sized units and explained how much I could fit in each one. I have never had this level of service provided at a storage facility before. He was so pleasant and patient with me. I will rent from this location because of his customer service! Thank you so much! If you need to rent a storage unit, I highly recommend this location! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 10 stars!

My aunt needed a storage space and to be honest we were difficult. We had been all over the area and didnt know much about renting storage. It had been a long day and we were just miserable. My attitude did not stop brian from being absolutely professional and so kind. He gave us information that we didnt even know we needed! Thank you thank you thank you!!! Affordable Storage, came by to drop off some of my mom's items since she decided to make the move down to Vegas. We felt our items would be safe here and haven't had a problem with our unit since.
