I made a reservation online, and I went to the facilities twice to see the unit, but they did not have the office open and they never opened, while someone was inside the office, the person saw me, but hid. Very bad service. I cancelled my reservation.
Opening the gate is weird sometimes. Good customer service with workers.
Price went up significantly.
Love the Customer Service!!!! I was assisted by Mercedes. She helped me out with my reservation and toured the building and showed me the space i needed. She was amazing and 5 stars!
The place itself is clean and very accessible. Definitely come through and pick up a rental. Need boxes, tape- they sell it up front.

I checked in on line but didn't realize the locker was wrong size for me. Mark took his time and showed me around until I had the right size I wanted. He made changing units very easy.

Management is terrible and singles you out. Always threatening to tow your car, meanwhile people park as they please. The garage doors are never working, place is a complete waste of money.
Never had a problem with this storage company. Period. The facilities were clean. Everything was easy I like the automatic doors and the security with the numbers. Nothing bad to say and when I was to move out, it was very simple and easy thank you very much.

This is a terrible facility. How is it that hand carts are only available during office hours and you have to leave a drivers license? If theft of carts is an issue, they have cameras and they know by the door code who is in the building. Using this facility has become a major inconvenience. And god forbid you need a cart a few minutes before the office closes, the employees rudely tell you that you need to be back by 6pm or the office will be closed. Absoultely terrible.

Don’t put your stuff here! My storage was all dirty bc they did a remodelation and all my stuff were a mess ! Also costumer service its terrible and about the fees, you cannot miss one day of you payment bc they gonna charge you a looooot of money!

After 6 years of renting a storage unit at the Wallington Public Storage facility, I was finally able to empty it and close my account. Every time I’ve gone to my unit, I was met with a smile from Gena and/or Ryan; they were both great in answering my questions and helping me finalize everything. I would highly recommend this location if you’re needing extra storage space.

The location is great and the people very helpful. The only reason for the three stars only is because there are never dollies around and you have to wait a while until one is free.

We went to rent from this place because it was close to home. We didn’t even finish our trial the place was FILTHY. The office is always empty no one is ever there to help with any problem. For the price you pay for this place I expected a lot more.the carts were broken literally broken coming off the cart was the plastic. I hardly leave reviews on places but I had to post about this place. The one positive thing I will say is you can open the dock doors to get in via app which was pretty cool to us. Other than that we have nothing else positive to say.
