Never expected to be treated so well in a Storage Facility. The time and energy that Victoria dedicated to my wife and I choosing the correct space for our needs was above and beyond. 4/8: I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the Spanish worker, tall with glasses, at the main desk of the building location today in the morning. Initially, he wasn't at the desk when we arrived, and when we returned from the adjacent building, another staff member kindly assisted us. However, when we approached the Spanish worker with questions about where my moving truck should go, he was seated inside with the doors completely locked, seemingly hiding behind his computer screen. Upon knocking, he rudely demanded to know what we wanted and emerged from the door angry and yelling, behaving as though we were inconveniencing him. Despite his hostility, I managed to inquire about the location of my loading truck, to which he curtly replied, 'Back,' before retreating. An hour later, while loading items in the back, I witnessed him assisting another customer in the storage area, exhibiting a completely different demeanor—being polite and courteous. It was evident that he had lied about leaving when he was still on the premises an hour and a half later! This individual discriminated against me and my father. Despite paying for a large storage unit, we were subjected to such treatment. It's disgraceful that Public Storage would employ someone like him in customer service. I am appalled by the open rudeness and profiling we experienced. We simply wanted assistance with a straightforward question. Subsequently, I spoke to property manager Gloria, who claimed to have addressed the issue with her district manager, Caitlin. Let's see how it goes. Update: I left Caitlin a message, and although she returned my call once, she never followed up again. It's clear to me now how this facility operates, and I'm disappointed. This matter is long overdue for resolution, and unfortunately, it speaks to the current state of affairs. However, I do want to acknowledge that not all workers at the facility behave in such a manner; some are genuinely good.

I visited this location and was serviced by an associate named José. I didn’t know what sized unit to get, so José and i discussed both what i would be storing, and how much of it i would be storing. He also let me know which location on the premises would be best for me based on how frequently i would be accessing the unit. We also discussed all associated fees and costs up front and those i would incur in the future. If i need another unit I would not hesitate to use this location in the future, and hope i get José again as my associate. Thanks again José for all your help!!

I went into public storage with a issue on how much I was being charged for the smallest space available . I called and was connected with a gentleman named Jose, he spoke with me and heard my concerns and was able to accommodate what my family and I needed. Keep him! I've had a unit here since they opened. It's in a central location, fair prices, and management is great, particularly Mark. He's always willing to go above and beyond to make sure any issues are taken care of right away, and he even called me back personally to make sure everything was taken care of. We have just recently obtained a unit and so far my experience with Jose has been excellent. When I called a few weeks ago for information he was so helpful and friendly-- 100% professional. Update: Public Storage did reach out and they did give me a discounted rate for 3 months. I will give them 3 stars for the 3 month discounted rate. Not sure if I will stay after the 3 months. I recently got married and needed to make space in my house for my wife and stepchildren so I rented a unit at the end of June 2022 for $139./ month. Prices were comparable to other storage facilities in the area but I chose to go with Public Storage. That said I recently received a letter from Public Storage raising my monthly storage cost to over $200./ month starting this month. I looked online and see the same size unit I have is offered online from Public Storage for $131./ month. I've called several times as well as sent an email but I get no response. Not sure why after 4 months of on time auto pay they have decided to raise my monthly rent. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else if you plan on storing long term. This is a case of let's bait them in then charge what we want. Also, not a fan of the marijuana facility next door consistently taking all of the carts and Public Storage doesn't do anything about it. Warning: you may have to carry your items to your unit. Not a happy customer at all.

I accidentally went to Colombia storage and the rep rushed me to enter my code for access, without verifying I was at the right place, my code allowed me entry and I began unloading my car, I noticed my unit had a lock, so I went to find the rep and he was gone. I called Public Storage and Miranda was amazing, she informed me I was at the wrong location. When I arrived Gena & Miranda were amazing. I thought customer service was lost but, it’s satisfying to see it’s still waist!! These ladies were courteous, personable, and extremely helpful!! Thank you, ladies, 😘😘

AJ and Sade are very pleasant, know their units and facilities extremely well. A very good experience!

The storage is very clean. The renting process is easy and fast. Everything is online you can do. Your space will be ready when you arrive. The elevators are a bit small. The building has two loading areas, one of which has a place to get in with your car. Two cars at a time. The other loading area has direct access from the parking lot. The flatbed cars are in the building somewhere where other renters left. This is a bit problematic. You have to find it. The office entrance is in front of the building. There is no access point from inside of the storage. You have to walk all around the building.
