However, over the course of three months, my rent increased an additional $287. When I called to ask why, they said they could do that at any time As long as I’m renting from them. (we signed up for 12 month term)

Joe and Oscar were very nice and helpful! Oscar was on the phone with us several times from the day of reservations, patiently explaining all the options. When I came to storage, Joe showed all possible sizes and helped to choose the best option with all possible discounts. The process was easy, smooth and guys were professional and nice! I only wish this storage had a gate to protect the building from strangers!
