A seamless experience. Derek was very informative and super helpful! My husband and I were driving around looking for a storage unit and we ended up at Public Storage first. No one in the office, hubby called the number, they were NOT helpful. Next on the Google list was ESS. I called first and not only were they helpful but very efficient in answering my questions. By the time we got to their location, Derek in the office already had our information emailed to him with the unit and price discussed over the phone. Derek showed us the unit. He filled out the online paperwork for us. We paid and moved stuff into the unit right away. If only everything else in life were that easy and pleasant!

I rented a unit at Extra Space in 2021 when I moved back home from out of state. It is located down the street from my house so the location is very convenient to get to. The property is alway clean and well kept, the other patrons that I have met in passing have been nice and respectful. I just moved out today and all of my stored items are exactly as they were when I moved in 3 years ago. The property manager, Mr. Derek, is exceptional at customer service. He is always friendly and accommodating to anything that you need. It’s been a great experience overall!

I had a very good experience at the Sicklerville facility, the Young Lady was so helpful and professional, as I was downsizing to a smaller unit. She went above my expectations. The kind of customer service You would hope to receive utilizing a service. She was never short with my many questions and was just generally a good person. My hope is that her service is truly recognized by the facility. And so sorry I didn’t get her name.
