Wanted to stop by and leave a quick note to say that I was almost out of the door of Public Storage Turnersville on Route 42 because quite frankly my rent went up to an astronomical price and I was pissed. I called customer service and they basically said they could do nothing, basically too bad for you but we arent going to help you. So I asked for the property manager to give me a call and she called me the next day. I spoke with a lady named Kathy and I expressed how upset I was and that I was ready to clear out and find another place.
But Kathy actually heard me and trust me in a society of businesses not really caring about you and the business you give them, Kathy heard me and I'm so grateful she did. Not only did she find a solution for me she told me it could be done ASAP. So the next day I went in, met her and she actually remembered me. She was kind and helpful and she took care of me. I am still a Public Storage customer and it's all thanks to her. Thank you Kathy for helping me and I hope they keep you because I have a feeling you help alot of the customers!!!

Update: Be warned, rent is low at first, but they raise it too often, and then it becomes unaffordable. It's really unfortunate as it's a good location, but had to empty my unit cause I couldn't afford it anymore.

Moving out today, Nicole was super helpful! She was attentive in assisting me with my trash items and was always there to open the bathroom for me which I appreciated greatly lol. I would recommend this location specifically because of her! So nice having someone who has some character to make the process go by a bit more smoothly :) I got the 10x30 space and she made sure it’s swept and clean!

The Public Storage on Route 42 Turnersville is far better than all the rest, I promise! Personal, friendly, and outgoing are just a few adjectives I'd use to describe my experience. I was given the runaround from a different location, and the assistant, Nicole, went out of her way to correct the many wrongs I'd experienced. She took on the responsibility even though my poor experience had nothing to do with her. The facility is extensive, clean, and organized. Nicole helped me find the perfect size unit by showing me different opinions. I could go on and on, but I suggest you check it out yourself!
Very smooth transition for going to a larger unit
Nicole is the BEST !! We have a storage unit and the lock was frozen, she assisted us in unfreezing it so we could get in. I had a problem with my auto pay and with in 2 minutes she had it figured out and fixed. Always smiling, pleasant and willing to help !!

I have been renting space with Public Storage in Turnersville since December of 2022 when we moved from New Jersey to the west coast. From the very beginning, Nicole set us up with the proper space we needed and was fabulous at helping us set up our account. Since that time, Nicole has been an ongoing source of help for us as we are a coast away. I love renting from Public Storage in Turnersville because of employees like Nicole who consistently goes above and beyond for well over a year for any questions or concerns involving our rental unit. I just left the Public Storage facility in Turnersville and my experience was noteworthy. Although; it is very cold day and I wasn't having a good day, the property manager Nicole made my day. Every time that I have dealt with her, whether in person or over the phone, she is always professional, courteous and cordial. She exemplifies how every customer service representative, should treat their customers. Keep up the good work Nicole and have a blessed and constructive new year.

This is by far the worst storage unit ever. Me and my friend had moved out of our apartment and picked this storage unit to leave our stuff and what a mistake. The ceiling was collapsing and leaking all over our things. Our tables were damaged and peeling from all the moisture and water that had leaked in. Mice had destroyed all my shoes and my mattress pad. The place was filthy and DISGUSTING inside. I have stored my things before in storage and never have I ever seen such an unclean unit. There is trash all around the grounds and items left behind and no dumpster to toss damaged or unwanted furniture. This being said, they also have awful customer service. They’re miserable and never pick up the phone when you need them, but have no problem reaching out when they are planning on increasing the price of that HORRID unit.

Chose this location as it had easy access for an 18 wheeler to deliver to our unit. Nicole was super helpful in getting us set up. Stored an entire 1BR apartment inside the unit for 18 months with no issues (flooding, pests, crime). Nicole also helped us check out of the unit. Very friendly! Would recommend storing here.

Needed a unit due to an unexpected move out of state. The unit was just what I needed. Things have been hectic due to getting moved across the country. Nicole has been an absolute gem!! She is kind, patient, extremely helpful, and professional. Not only is she great at her job but she cares. She put in the time and effort to help me get things sorted out. Nicole has been great. She is always out cleaning and well maintaining the property. The units are great, I am using a 10x30 and am able to enter my unit on both ends which makes getting items in and out easy and quick.Definitely recommend this location.

Please do not store your belongings here for a long period of time. This company raises prices yearly until you're paying an exorbitant amount of money. I am a senior citizen who has been renting from their Turnersville NJ units for 10 years. Last year I was contacted by the company to inform me that they were raising my rent to over $200. When I told them that was a ridiculous amount for a senior citizen, they froze the price for what I thought was a year. I received a call yesterday about my card, so I went online to pay with my new card and saw that my new charge was $256!!!! i called and was told the freeze was only for 6 months and they informed me by email. However, they had an email I haven't had for years and went to the office to correct, so I was never truly informed! I am reporting you to the BBB as well as the State Attorney General.

I’m currently renting a unit with a different company in Vineland, but need something in Washington Twsp. I was referred to Public Storage and the manager, Nicole, showed me what was available and went over pricing and terms with me to make sure I would be comfortable with everything in comparison with the unit I’m renting with SnapBox. Finishing out my month and then making the switch. Very happy with the professionalism provided here.
