From unlocking the restroom, answering all of my questions to patrolling the grounds. I am “super impressed” with the way that they treat their customers!!! Theodisa is the best manager at the storage unit. If you have any problems or question he will be able to help you. He goes out of his way to find the answers to any situation. When I got this small (5x10) unit a year ago, the rent was $109 plus tax. Since then the rent as increased twice, now going up to 50% more than when I started. That is ridiculous. It is still the same dusty old closet that I moved stuff into and now I will be expected to pay almost $175 a month. If you are a good little autopayer, you might not see it. The first time the increase happened I was never notified. Beware - they do this. For no reason.

Please DO NOT rent from this company. Their costs start out very reasonable, but the longer you keep your belongings in there, the higher your costs. I am now paying almost $300 a month and we are retired senior citizens. The female owner is also very snotty. Please go ANYWHERE else!!!

Within 2 days of storing things in my unit I have rats in my things. Just checked on the unit today and found a rat moving around inside. All I'm told is if you proberly stored and bagged everything. Yes Yes Yes still a rat problem everything I had in the unit is ruined

I needed a storage unit quickly for my vehicle (that had a broken window) before the rain came. Went to a different location with a kiosk and video person was not helpful except to direct me to this location 2820 Rt 42. Kathy was the kindest person with a lovely, welcoming smile. I was very stressed and Kathy took the time to explain everything about renting the unit, how to open and lock the unit, and how to use the app for easy enter/exit. Please give Kathy a raise because she is the main reason I would rent a storage unit again!

I highly recommend Public Storage located at 2820 Route 42 in Sicklerville NJ. Kathy and her team are amazing. I move around a lot for work and have used several storage facilities over the years and this team is the best by a mile! I recently relocated across the country and needed to get a Upack trailer in there for my packers to load and they went above and beyond to support me. The manager, Kathy was off the day of the move and her co worker Melanie couldn't have been more helpful. Kathy had briefed her on what was going on and she had everything handled by the time I arrived. Fantastic experience! Can't thank you enough!

I love this storage and the property everyone is welcoming,helpful, and so nice.
It's storage. Beware, these are roll-up style doors that don't block dirt from coming in; when I had said something about a problem I had with debrisbein blown into my unit, they didn't seem to care, stating, "didn't you cover your items with plastic?"... I shouldn't have to; and to look at it, they wanted unsupervised access.
I can’t tell you how happy I am with the service at my public storage in Sicklerville New Jersey. Melanie is such an outstanding employee. She makes me feel like family and takes care of me in so many ways. I can’t tell you how great she is. She needs a super Duper that a girl please give her one for me!!

The woman who helped me when I had questions about locking myself out of my unit was very, very helpful! They offer free lockout assistance once a month. However, I left me key in another state so she helped me find someone who could help me get in since I needed in there ASAP for movers to pack it up. Highly recommend.

I will never be using Public Storage again. Staff is extremely unprofessional and never seem to be in the office to answer the phone when I have an issue. I removed my card from autopay as every time the payment tried to come out, it said there was an issue with my card and I ended up having to make the payment manually anyway. After making my last payment and receiving confirmation that it was paid and in good standing, I received an email stating my account had gone delinquent due to a past due payment. They claim the payment was returned, however I was charged and no return was made. They expect me to pay a second payment for the month in order to access my unit, which is ridiculous.

Public Storage is the best. I've use them about 6 times over the last 20 years never had a problem and they have made the process even more convenient since covid. Setting up a unit without having to speak to anyone was very nice and they are always one of the best priced storage places.
