i was one of the first few people to move in 08/24....one month free rent. brand new building....large loading dock space...well lit inside. rent does go up every 6 months which is too short in my opinion but it is a nice facility.

Started out ok. I was given a specified monthly rate when i started renting from them and was told that this would be the monthly rate. By the next month the rate went up. I had my account on autopay and that was working until 3 months later they contacted me saying my payment didn't go through. I checked my card, checked their app, everything was set up properly and room was on the card, but they said it didn't go through. When I called to sort out the payment, they wouldn't remove the late fee and said that their rates can vary by the minute in terms of the cost per month. Bait and switch to keep getting me to pay more money is very unethical, moving immediately.
