I could not begin to tell you how helpful Brandon had been. There were a few issues that needed to be resolved and Brandon was able work them out in a most pleasant and professional manner.
I highly recommend this Public Storage location! The service we received from Brandon was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly the right unit that fit our needs—professional, helpful, and genuinely caring.
Beyond the incredible customer service, this is, without a doubt, the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. I was immediately impressed by the fact that the entire facility and even the units themselves have clean carpeting, meaning you aren't placing your items on dusty cement. Even the entrance garage is absolutely spotless.
On top of the pristine condition and amazing service, the promotional prices are unreal. It is easily the most affordable option, especially when you factor in the great location and superior cleanliness. Very impressed overall!
Went to Mahopac Public storage to look at units. Met Erica who was amazing! She went above and beyond showing us different size units and explaining how the process works. Rented a unit today and would definitely recommend the storage place if you’re looking for one. extremely clean, knowledgeable, staff good prices.

Brandon was amazing he took care of all my needs from username to password. So friendly and efficient
Very clean and friendly staff. They have two bays where you can back your truck or car into and unload. This is very convenient especially in bad weather. However , last week when we were there for more than an hour two cars had those two bays occupied , the car owners were never seen by us and one of the cars was still there when we left. I thought that unloading/ loading was the primary purpose and that the bays were not designed to be a parking space. I think management should post a sign letting customers know that it is selfish to park your vehicle in a loading/ unloading spot and just leave it there. There might also need to be a time limit.
I had such a wonderful experience working with Brandon at Public Storage in Mahwah. From the moment I arrived, he was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through all of the details, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt confident about the process.
What stood out the most was how much peace of mind he gave me. I truly feel at ease knowing my belongings are safe and protected here, and that’s because of the care and reassurance Brandon provided. He went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend this location, and especially working with Brandon - he is amazing at what he does!

The reservation and rental of these units are ridiculous!! They gave me a unit on the 2nd Floor and the elevator is broke. Worst customer service ever!!! I canceled the unit and they only refunded me for half. Never again!! Worst place ever!!!

We've had a storage unit here since January 2025. The place is clean and Marisa is excellent at managing the facility. She showed us all of the options and answered our questions. Marisa is wonderful! I am taking off one star for a basic design flaw- there should be a separate entrance without needing garage access. To access the storage units, you must go through one of the 2 garage doors. They should have offered another option because if there is a vehicle in each bay, it is hard to enter with your items and have direct access to the facility between the two cars.

This was my first time renting a storage facility and the process was efficient and easy. After the initial phone call for basic information I visited the new local facility in Mahwah. Marisa was very helpful, showed me several units, patiently answered my questions and assisted with finalizing the rental. I highly recommend this facility!
Nicest storage place ive found, clean and carts are always lined up neatly. Customer service is amazing as well, Marisa helped me pick out the unit I needed. Definitely recommended to all in the Mahwha area!

This is a new facility in the area and I went forward with leasing a storage unit here, because of the outstanding customer service provided to me by Marisa. I met with Marisa initially and she spent a considerable amount of time with me, showing me numerous units and answering all of my questions. Her patience, knowledge and communicative skills, put me at ease. I will also add that I visited the Mahwah location a number of times, before making my decision to rent there, and another young lady Crystal, was extremely helpful as well, when Marisa was not on-site.
I booked the unit online and then re-visited the physical location, where Marisa completed the rental process.
