It's always a pleasure to see Joe at the Public Storage location in Monsey NY he always has a great attitude and a great smile on his face! He os very knowledgeable of the job!

Monsey Public storage deserves 5 stars hands down because of the quality service that the staff provides. Joe is an outstanding individual who goes out of his way to make sure that my questions get answered and any problems get resolved. He also has a very kind heart and he shows empathy and concern when I have a problem regarding billing or rates going up. It is important to me knowing that if i have any issues, Joe is someone who I can count on knowing he is a stand up individual with a positive mind set and necessary skills to get any job done. I've rented storage units from different companies other than public storage, and i must say that I am very satisfied with Public Storage! The Monsey NY location is 5 stars worthy because the workers there (Joe) make the huge difference in quality of customer care. I will continue giving my business to public storage.

Jonathan from the Monsey,NY Public Storage was extremely helpful, professional, kind and knowledgeable about everything that pertained to Public Storage. He assisted me with finding the right size unit I needed. In addition, the accommodation of a drive up unit. Lastly, the assistance of step by step online registration aide to complete my unit reservation. He went above and beyond his way to explain due to lack of experience knowledge with the Public Storage App on the computer. KUDOS to the hiring team that chose Jonathan to represent the company. This guy deserves a raise or a promotion. Due to the Customer Service he provided. I was satisfied 💯 percent! Hopefully, I will just need your service for a short term to transitioning from Westchester to Rockland. Again, Thank you Jonathan for helping me and my family with a smooth transition!

He answered all my questions. he was very patient showed me the Internet or the app on my phone. when I get on my online activity to sign up for the Storage, he double checked everything what I needed to do. when I rented the space as of today, most likely before the 30 days I’m gonna grab your renters insurance, but I would appreciate you looking into the insulation that has to get replaced in there thank you very much and also seal around the storage in the inside near the ground. any questions feel free to call me

As a storage unit renter for over 10 years at the Monsey Public Storage location, today I had an interesting situation. Thankfully for Joe, the manager of the site, I was able to get my problem resolved. I reserved a new unit online and came to the location 2 and a half hours before closing time. The employee called out sick (unfortunately it happens) and I had noone to rely on to help me move to my new unit. I called customer service and the person over the phone wasn't sure how to help me. After we hung up, I had to call the spring valley location. Debbie, a fantastic employee at that location was very helpful and informative but she was limited to the things she can assist me with. Thankfully for Joe, the manager of the Monsey location, he went out of his way to help me close my old unit out and help me transfer to the new unit. He voluntarily did this on his day off (Saturday). If it wasn't for Joe, I'd miss the great low price deal that was available and luckily I was able to move my belongings on the last day of the month and was able to have the peace of mind that my old unit would be closed out and I wouldnt have to worry about any payment issues. I was assured and taken care of. Joe was very kind and patient and understanding of my situation. I wish more businesses offered outstanding service and assistance just like Public Storage offers. Today I dealt with Joe the property manager he carefully walked me through the erental process he was very courteous and helpful I would definitely recommend to property to my family and friends

This is the worst storage experience I’ve ever had. This place is falling apart around you. Our unit had fiberglass insulation in the ceiling that’s been slowly coming down month after month, there’s mice in said insulation and now all of our stuff is covered in mouse droppings, urine, water from roof leaks and fiberglass fibers everywhere. The on-site manager can’t offer much help because of policy and Public Storage corporate is worse than useless and continue to provide no help at trying to resolve the problem.

3x I to Monsey public storage to have take payment out of my cking, 3x no one was in office waited an hour then left I'll try one more time.

It was my first time inquiring about this place, I stopped by at the location and met Michelle she was wonderful and clearly explained all different options even walked over together to the storage unit to show me and make sure everything was perfect, nice, and clean. would highly recommend!

For the 2nd time that i went to visit the office to make a payment the office was closed in the middle of a working day. Note to make a payment on the phone system its a $10 "Convenience" fee. and $20 if you do the payment with a rep on the phone.

Clean

My experience here was phenomenal! So quick and easy to work with. Joe was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Although I was driving in and out multiple times a day, he nonetheless greeted me and opened the gate for me multiple times. The only downside is that I can't rate 10 stars 😊

Would not recommend to anyone they give promotion them when u in they raise 35 45% after 6 months but the property manager mr. joe is the best he deserves 5+star rating to calm people after they get the increase that something
