Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 203 New Clarkstown Road, Spring Valley, NY

A costly annoying bill. But if you can afford it and need it. What can u do? They should have more dollies to assist the move in /outs of the storage unit. It’s a self service set up. But if u need someone, you can call a number and someone will meet you at the unit to assist. For the most part its clean & serves its purpose. The bathroom which I used Maybe twice during the 18 months that I had the storage unit, could be cleaned more frequently. But it’s cool!

Great storage units clean place and easy to access very cheap and the self-serve kiosks are very intuitive overall great experience.

Back when I first rented we had Ashley here and she was the bast, and now again recently she is the district manager I think and she helped me with my little problems, I think even if public Storage should make her some ceo she won't loose the personal touch (not having any problems with the new managers.. But it's very hard to fill Ashley's place)

this place is an overpriced, RAT INFESTED, joke of a storage place. save yourself hundreds of dollars of loss in your items and go elsewhere. a few times the gate wasn’t closed so anyone can drive in. you can hear the rats squeaking and running around. it’s diabolical. the rats have absolutely DESTROYED so much of my stuff, items that had deep emotional value…HORRIBLE PLACE. 10/10 do not recommend!!! i have more photos but these show the state of some stuff about 4 months ago. unfortunately we haven’t had time/money to move everything out to a new location. but we are planning to move it all out asap to avoid paying over $100 /mo for our stuff to continue to be destroyed!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

⚠️ ⚠️🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀⚠️⚠️ Genuine question... Has anyone who ever left these reviews ever actually visited this place?????? Because the atrocity that is this facility is incredibly disgusting and alarming. From the moment we walked in, the SMELL OF RATS/MICE hit you like a truck. From the 1st glance at the floors you see traps near the elevators and hallways but droppings all over our unit. Since we had already paid, we had no choice but to put our items in. But when I tell you we swept out that place and put plastic down and put traps down because we refuse to play with our furniture and items. End result, HOW DISGUSTING an absolute shame to be up and running, seems like there's almost nothing being done about it. Garbage in the hallway in front of our unit, just ATROCIOUS. Edit/Update... we went back just 2 days later and low and behind. RATS ON THE TRAP. Multiple! We are going further with this complaint. Another Update... More rats! Every rat on our trap we're putting in the hallway for everyone to see Update.. We will keep leaving mice for everyone to see. No one should ever use these places. Update. I was contacted by Ashley and in agreement with the other 5star reviews, she sure can calmly and with respect address a situation. She offered me a new room in a different location and was very assertive to explain why I may have had the experience I did. If it were not for Ashley, my 1 star review would stand. But after our pleasant conversation I can certainly say this company NEEDS her, desperately. Thank you Ashley😌

Good service

Horrible customer service, better hope when you move in that your light switch works, because mine didn’t, and it took them over a month to fix. Then they tried to tell me, an electrician, that the switch blew apart because I had an outlet in the light switch, yeah that would require the light to even work in the first place, and for me to run a hell of a lot of electricity for that to even conceivably happen. Not compensated one bit for this entire ordeal. Nor was anyone that works there helpful in any way.

The manager Ashley is always so helpful, she shared how to download the app and now I can make payments through my phone. 😀

We hired a mover, Honest Movers Moving and Storage from Miami, FL, to move our belongings from NY to SC. The mover never delivered our items and instead locked them in a Public Storage Unit and then did not pay the fees on the unit. We were able to locate our items and the Public Storage managers helped us get back our belongings that were stolen by the mover. They were very helpful and understood our situation. Thank you to Craig Barber and George Stivala, the regional and district managers. Also special thanks to Jose who gave us access to the unit and assisted new movers to move our furniture. Public Storage went above and beyond to help us out of a pretty bad situation.
