Went to the 51 Peter's Lane location first and couldn't see unit because there was only a kiosk. Went down the road to the 233 Erial location and was blesses to meet Sherry. She was fantastic. She was on lunch but agreed to head over to the 51 Peter's location shortly to help us view a unit. She went out of her way to help us. You just don't find customer service like this that often any more. I am so happy to have found Public Storage and Sherry. Highly recommend. J. Golden

I recently went to public storage to find a storage unit for my belongings and I was helped out by a nice employee named Sherry. Sherry was very experienced with her work and was an amazing help!! She helped me look exactly what I was looking for and gave me great information about the units !! I would strongly recommend Sherry if you need help searching for units, she knows her work !!
I stopped in to get some info on storing. I will be moving in the near future and met Sherry the property manager. She was very welcoming and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and concerns that I had. I will definitely be renting from this place when I am ready. Thank you Sherry for being so nice.
The people who run this facility are very sweet and professional. However, my unit was riddled with mold. I lost pretty much all my fabric furniture and also mice ate half of my butterfly collection, which was bery large qnd expensive seeing as how i am an entomology artist. They also chewed through a ton of boxes. And there was mouse feces all over my stuff. Contract leaves them with no liability for my losses, so I'm out tons of money needing to replace things and some things are irreplaceable.

DO NOT RENT from here! The place is infested with RATS! I informed management about the situation and they did not care at all! They didn’t apologize for their wrong doing by not ensuring an exterminator comes out. They just suggested I call some number and report a claim. I have thousands of dollars worth of medical equipment damaged. You can see in the pictures how bad the feces is! So disgusting! Very disappointed at the way they responded to me when I informed them of this matter.
