Very clean location
All our stuff was covered with cockroaches, mice droppings, and water damage. After 1 year they raised our rent until it was 2x what it was originally. Nobody ever there when you need to talk to someone. Will never use public storage again.

Had the pleasure of meeting Laquanda today. My family is moving to NC and our house is not ready so needing storage was a big deal because we did not plan nor budget for it. She present us with 2 to 3 different storage sizes depending on what we plan on storing. She even took the time out to find us the best price. Even tho we found a cheaper storage at another public storage her customer service and her willingness to help meant everything to us.
Tiffiany was truly superb! We drove from the NorthWest and she helped us find the right unit, get us all set up, followed up making sure all was great. She even provided us with waters on the move in day because it was so hot and we were there from early morning to late night with the move in. A true gem of an employee that was super helpful and nice.
