The lady Wendy made it quick and easy to get a storage unit. She showed us around the property and made sure we were comfortable with everything. We can not be happier with this place.

This is a clean nice looking place. The lady in the office Whitney was very friendly and knowledgeable on this sizes and help me find exactly what I needed.

The facilities are clean, secure, and well-maintained, which immediately put my mind at ease about storing my belongings here. A special shout-out goes to Charlene, who provided exceptional customer service. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helping me choose the right unit size for my needs and walking me through the rental process with ease. Charlene’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. She answered all my questions with patience and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. Michelle located at departure drive; she was amazing. Great customer service and she went out of her way to make it happen. I've seen some other locations that weren't clean and this office definitely was clean and Michelle was so friendly. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful associate Talya! I hope I spelled it right! She was such a pleasure. She took her time explaining the different storages she even took us on a tour to see the sizes of them. I really appreciate her customer service skills they were superb. I will tell all my friends and family to come see her!

Review is far from accurate since manager Mike has been promoted it has gone to total trash .This place is awesome staff is phenomenal me and my mom can come in and sort thru stuff we are trying to. Get rid of and have never had a bit of trouble the office worker Mike is very nice and very observant he actually takes pride in his job you don't find that anymore

i really hate public storage. ESPECIALLY THIS PROPERTY! no one is ever working or in office to handle business. you call the number no one picks up.. you come here no one is working. never using this company again would NOT recommend coming here especially. this building apparently is suppose to run itself. at least get a damn robot!
