From beginning to end, my experience at this public storage facility was unquestionably the best! Michael and the rest of the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful! The units are huge and incredibly clean. They are in a wonderful location with easy access. I truly enjoy the Bluetooth access to the gate. It was excellent for getting in and out of the gate. The public storage app is also extremely useful! I strongly suggest this location.

I was considering renting a parking spot but did not want to be parking in mud. I am a little disappointed that the spots were not paved and it is difficult to find the correct spot because they are not labeled very well. Although, Whitney was very helpful and I will be back soon when I need to rent a space for my business. She was such a huge help with all my questions. Thank you.
Been over a month and nobody has refunded me. Every time I call them or customer service it’s like I’m playing a game of tag. I rented a parking stop for my trailer and made sure before booking that my trailer being a few feet over was fine. Once I parked it and left they called me saying I have to remove it and I did. I was in and out within hours and they’re refusing to refund me saying the admin fee isn’t refundable but if you think about how I wasted my time and money and was only there for a few hours I have the right to get my money back.
