Rent went up after 6 months, leaving me scattering for extra money to pay. I called & called, left voicemails, and never got a call back. So, I had to plan my return to Raleigh just to take my things out since I could no longer afford the unit. Don't be caught off guard like I was. Prepare to be able to pay for increase in unit price.
Manager Kandy was very kind and helpful in getting a unit ready at the time of moving, ten out of ten recommended thanks 🙏🙏🙏

We were told by the "call center" that we were renting for 30 days and the 30 days started the first time we accessed the unit. We stayed less than 30 days, but those days overlapped into another month. We were charged for another month, even though we were given incorrect information. The manager refused to refund our money and could only say "the people at the call center don't know what they are doing." I, the customer, was penalized because they have incompetent workers!?

TOTALLY UNDERHANDED BUSINESS PRACTICES! The staff is kind and helpful but, the company is ok with raising your rent when they feel the need to squeeze more out of you. When I reserved my unit it was one price. I've had the unit now for 16 months and the rate has increased $44. That is absolutely ridiculous! If I just changed the agreed upon price on my customers, I wouldn't have customers anymore. It's sad that any industry would treat their customers this way.
I've rented a lot of storage units, and this might be my best experience! Kandy was extremely helpful and polite. It was a pleasure moving in.

It was one of the worst experiences I ever had! Ebony Grady was the worst... Her personality was giving angry black women. She lied about me and got me a trespassing citation, The building of my last storage over there had trash & leaves in the hall. I had been there for years, and she forced me out. I was traumatized! However, I never got a chance to say thank you for that horrible experience because I'm now at U.S Storage in triangle & I pay less for a bigger unit ,it's climate controlled, and the personalities are very pleasant always!

Had a terrible experience where my reservation was not honored. I reserved a space. I eventually decided that I would call ahead to pay for it. They tell me that they actually rented it to someone else. Number 1 - What is the point of a reservation if it doesn't reserve anything? Number 2 - They didn't even proactively tell me that my reservation was no longer available? Absolutely horrible experience

Short dark skinned black lady ( with locs) has the absolute nastiest attitude, (Friday morning June 23rd) I WILL BE ending my lease earlier than expected !!! Definitely will not be renting from this storage company next month ! as long as she is apart of the company ! Very rude and racist . Literally set the tone for my day ! I am fuming !
