Called into to make a reservation. Received my reservation number and my email to complete reservation. Went to complete within 30 min of receiving email and was told my reservation wasn't available. Am I in a Seinfeld episode?

Horrible place. Zero Stars!!!!! We had ATV’s stored there for 13 months and we went to go get the ATV’s out of the unit and they were gone!! On top of that, the lock was still on there (locked of course). So to me that’s an inside job, how do the ATVS go missing with the lock on the unit? Oh plus, there was no cameras there of course. Biggest crooks, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE……and if you read this and you’re the person that did it, Karmas coming for you!!!
I been 2 months request from the manger 24 hr access but the manger don’t have time to approve or deny.
Also I contact the office too many time and usually said some one will contact me in 48 hours and never hear back from them .

NOT SAFE!!! NOT SAFE!!!! Stay away from this place do not storage anything there, there’s always a broken gate and free access to everyone! Thieves stole lot of tools from our tools trailers and there’s no even a single camera for parking spots, when I went to the office they really kindly said “there’s nothing we can do” after we lost more than $10k in tools

The units are decent, it is reliable. Yes the outside do leak some. The staff is reliable. It is pricey for the term stay. I’m paying $55 for a 5x5 starting but they did say that the price could fluctuate unfortunately.

Cholida is always helpful and very professional. We have rented there for several years. She has wonderful people skills and is always there to help.
They will steal your belongings. They don’t have a fixed price it changes without you knowing. The late fees are about 100 dollars.Miss one payment and your belongings will be on the auction list starting the bid at 10 bucks if nobody bids the property owns your belongings. The staff can be rude but only doing as they are told I guess. Very bad place don’t go there or any of them. There is no customer service line so you will never talk to anyone besides the person at the property where your belongings are.
This is the worst public storage location in Charlotte!! First of all my unit leaked when it rained and I had water and mold damage all over all of my stuff, they told me they would move whatever good stuff I had left in my unit to a dry unit, but it never happened!! Then when I refused to pay for a damaged unit, they locked me out and threatened to sell my stuff. On top of that, every time I tried to call the office to explain I was the person with the damaged unit, the girl in the office got an attitude and cussed at me because I was explaining to her my terrible customer experience, she made it even worse. She had no concideration that it was there companies fault all my furniture got damaged!! This is ludicrous!! Do NOT go here it’s a hell hole joke!

I have a bad experience with this company and this particular location. They are very unprofessional heartless and rude but they are also following company rules and regulations. The company has no compassion for the customers you could be sick or hurt and they will auction your belongings in a month after they tax you separately. They start the bid off at 10 bucks but they charge you almost 200 a month. They also increase your rate without you being ok with it. There is no direct line to speak to somebody in Cooperate because they just want you to pay regardless.If nobody bids on your belongings they (trash it)lol yeah right

Yesterday, when I came onto the property, I was satisfied with the cleanness of the property, and when I needed help, the property manager jackie helped me with information and deals for my storage.
We worked with Brenda and she took Great care off us. We Highly recommend this store because of the customer service and Very Clean.

Found termites in our unit. Solution was to move into a new unit, but we had to rebox everything and move to new unit ourselves. They gave us 48 hours to move, but this was not enough considering the size of our unit and placing everything into new boxes. They charged us $15 for the 'extra day' since it took longer than 48 hours to move and re-box. Watch out for termites if you use this facility!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE!!!!
They gave me 20 minutes to get my things and told me I'd be arrested if I set foot on the property. The three workers inside the office saw what was in my storage unit and did everything they could to push me out of it so I would have no choice to leave my things. They ambushed me the Friday before my next rent payment was due so they could get my things.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT A PUBLIC STORAGE EMPLOYEE HAS DONE THIS. Search for public storage inside thieves or just public storage in general and you'll see all kinds of things they do to people who have good things.
I lost my entire life on April 29, 2022 and paid them thousands of dollars to store a lifetime of items.
I will not stop reviewing or talking people out of renting from them. And I plan to do whatever I can to KILL their stock, starting with the $4.00 dividends they are paying out right now.

Put in a request to get my lock fixed on my unit it’s been almost 2 months and still isn’t fixed. No one is ever in the office to even have that person to person interaction about anything.

ZERO STARTS!! Horrible experience. Made a reservation a week in advance and tried to pay online and it did not give me the option to. Tried to download the app and would it take any of my emails or phone number. I called to change my reservation date and left 3 voicemails and when finally able to get in contact with someone after 4 calls the lady tells me it’s okay for me to come the next day. I come and rent a U-Haul (keep in mind I’m also helping my sister move since we were living together) no one was in the office waited 30 mins and while on the phone with customer support they advised my unit was given away! So of course I made a new reservation in another location and had to pay way more than I was quoted. I’m so upset on how everything was handled especially since I’ve tired my best to communicate and get things squared away prior to arriving with the u haul. Called when I couldn’t access the app, called when I had to change my reservation date, called morning of moving, and called upon arrival. Everything just went so wrong. Horrible horrible service!!

This storage unit facility will mistake you unit and cut your locks without asking leaving you to replace them. I would not recommend this facility.
Very poor customer service
I would like to get a one star to this storage facility. I have been using the storage company for the last five years. About a month ago. Some lady named Brenda, who is part of public service told me that my unit was mistaken for somebody else’s. Then proceeds to tell me that my bill has not be paid in the last 3 months. It was very very shocking to me when she called me and asked, did I still have my storage there? I asked for compensation for my troubles, because this was not my fault. Then a week later someone calls me to tell me that my storage room lock has been cut. It has been that way for a week. They told me that I needed to come in and replace it with a new lock. I called Brenda back and she had a very nasty attitude. I have been calling public storage to speak to a supervisor and I have not heard back. I am not happy with public storage, especially for the monthly fee that I’m being charged.

Ms. Dee, the manager, was such a sweetheart. She offered us snacks while we waited and had excellent customer service. The only thing that was off was they put the wrong lock in the unit, and the type of unit we have will only fit a specific style of lock. Other than that, everything else was smooth.

Great rates. Friendly staff. However, the store never opens on time. Hours on the door state it opens at 9:30 am. The three times I have been here no one shows up until 10am or later. Don’t you think it’s better to just change the opening hours to 10am?

Admin fee was kept 48.00 and insurance fee 28.00. they robbed me. Never said no refunds online.

So, it's a storage facility. For that, it's what you would expect. However, Danika made this experience a pleasure. She took the time to show me the space, went over options and clearly answered all my questions. It's always refreshing to me when you find someone who cares in public business these days.
What a mess this all started out as, with my movers moving me into the wrong space! WTH…. Thank God for Brenda and Angie for helping me locate my items and making this entire ordeal better!
