Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 10621 Park Road, Charlotte, NC

I am a rideshare driver. I have dropped off numerous people at this location who are living in storage facilities here. I have attempted to contact the manager but have been unsuccessful. I have filed reports with CMPD and the Fire Marshall's Office and hope they can get these people out. SWAT teams have already raided other facilities.

I made several stops thhis past week. Staff is never there. Unhappy with management. I drove 5 miles to another public storage to gain clarity. Tiffany is a great helpful person. Give Tiffany 5 🌟 not the property at 10621 park rd. Very very unhelpful

I called just now, September 10th 2024. I was having a hard time getting someone on the phone. It was concerning a storage unit rented by a family member. I left a message but I'm sure they get tons of messages. I finally was able to speak to someone in customer service around 12:35 noon. I am leaving this detail because I forgot the Rep's name. This was one of the best customer service calls I've had. She was so pleasant and patient. I was only too happy to stay on the line and give an excellent review. This lady did such an amazing job I had to post an online review. Thank you for being amazing and I apologize for not catching your name. If you are working at this Park Road location, thank you!

If I ciuld give them a zero I would. Nonexistent customer service. Ordered a 10x10 climate controlled unit, email came saying a 10x20 non climate unit. Called, left messages, no reply in hours. Went to their location, no-one there. Went to a location nearby, no-one their either. Called the 800 number and got thru after a long wait. They said they cancelled it. I disputed their charge on my credit card. A few day later, the local site calls me asking if I am moving in. I tell them that I don't want to do any business with the and to cancel again. I get an email a few min later saying I owe them a $30 admin fee. I called the 800 number again and they say a supervisor will call me. I will never do any business with a Public Storage related company ever again.

What a relief! Great customer service (Thank you, Ally!!) Move-in made easy with clear communication of information and genuine warmth and humor. Just hoping the bathroom inaccessibility is a fluke. : ) UPDATE: (3/15/23) I had moved out of that unit awhile ago - easy process. Last week I rented a unit again. So happy o have ALANA in the office. Her smile truly turned my day around. She was helpful and knowledgeable and her warm, genuine, helpful attitude was just plain great customer service. I do wish the bathrooms were better maintained - but am glad Alana is in the office! UPDATE: Still renting here - and the bathrooms have finally been attended to! It is clean. (But note to self: BYO t.p.!) Wanted to give a shout out to the current property manager: Jackie. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and patient. She can’t be everywhere at once although that is in her job description (wink wink) so be kind to her- she is one of the rare finds in this world who understands customer service!

Jacki was amazing!! We had another storage unit lined up, but it was really bad and there was no one at the office (and no one ever answered the phone) to help and answer my questions. That was when I drove to the Public Storage facility located at 10621 Park Road in Charlotte. Jacki was able to assist me smoothly and comprehensively and answer all my questions. She was a pleasure to work with! Plus the facility was clean and in working order. I am so appreciative and recommend Jacki to anyone needing storage.

Love working with Jacki! She helped us move in to our unit originally and was a tremendous help today with getting transferred to another unit!

Where do I even begin? My experience with this storage unit complex has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. The latest renovations to the facilities are great! The place is clean, and secure, providing me with peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. I feel like the prices are reasonable for the area and I love that you need passcodes to get anywhere. The ability to unlock the doors and gate using an app is fantastic. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible property manager, Jackie. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every tenant feels valued and taken care of. Whether it's answering questions, offering assistance, or simply brightening your day with her infectious positivity, Jackie is a true asset to this establishment. I've rented storage units at other places before, but none compare to the level of service and quality provided here. If you're looking for a storage solution, look no further. Great place would highly recommend

Easy online signup process and convenient app for accessing the building. Everything was ready when I arrived so I could go straight to the unit. I later had some questions that Jackie at the front desk was able to quickly help resolve.

Booked a unit 2 weeks ago and received an email last week that our unit was ready. I show up to move in today with a moving company. The manager let her friend move in to our unit and he still had his stuff in it. There were no other 10x 15 units available or larger because I had movers already to move in we took a 10x10, which is too small but what do we do?Then she wanted to charge me a transfer fee. Are you kidding me? Oh heck no. Then I called customer service and they recommended we get a 5x5 to make up the difference. She then said it will be $54 a month and $84 for the first month. What?? I have never had such terrible customer service! I do not recommend them. Good luck trying to speak to a manager. She gave me a Toronto Canada number. Then I called the US number to no avail. Good luck if you choose this place.

Had a great experience here. Easy to sign up. Easy access and super helpful. Made a tough situation much easier to deal with. THANKS!

Jackie The Property Manager Is The Best I Have Encountered In Years That Work For Public Storage. She Has Excellent Customer Service Skills And Is Very Attentive To Her Customers And Compassionate To Their Particular Needs. Property manager never returns calls. I've had problems ever since I started renting here

$180 per month and this place can’t provide more than a single cart. Literally had to lug heavy totes by hand with my 7yo and 10yo. This is not a single occurrence either. 9 out of every 10 trips to my storage unit there are no carts available. Absolute embarrassment yet rent increases year in and year out.

The Elevator opened but it would not move when I touched the button to go to the 2nd floor. I had to take all of my boxes out of the elevator and put them back in my car. Also the Elevator and the building was disgustingly dirty. The lobby looked ok. The young Lady was very nice and gave me my money back.

I recommend this store as a great place to store all your belongings. The facility is always amazing and clean and Maria was a helping hand when I needed it and gave great suggestions. I will refer this place all my friends and family in the future.

This is absolutely the only place I will go to when I need a storage unit. It’s always clean and smells great when I walk in the front door. Maria is so helpful and always has a smile on her face! 10/10 🙂

I would NOT store my possessions at the facility, the management is horrible and harassing, cockroaches! Inside is NOT climate controlled as my furniture grew mold! Try another Public Storage!!!

No one is never at this site please don’t store here. If you ever needs assistance you’ll have to figure it out yourself. I work for a company so I took a unit over but didn’t know where it was located. No one was able to assist me. Honestly I don’t know how this site is rated higher than 1 star.

Have rented here multiple times over the years and glad to be back. Unlike other places, someone is there every day if the week, and the staff are all great. I seem to get luck and show up on days when DJ is in the office. He’s clear, fast and always helpful.

DJ was extremely kind and helpful. He was polite and courteous and tried to problem solve my issues with my storage unit. I’ve been there many years and he Has been the most helpful

The facility handled my account and concerns with professionalism and grace. They were able to answer all of my pressing questions and left me with the assurance that I was in good hands. The staff was kind and never once made me feel like I was a burden. This location is second to none.
