I went in a few weeks ago and was greeted by Crystal. It was a great experience. Crystal answered all my questions, showed me what packing supplies I would need to make the best to to fit everything in. You made all this so simple Crystal, thanks again.
This location is an absolute nightmare to deal with. No one is ever in the office and good luck getting a call back if you leave a voicemail.
Staff keeps clean operation. They're nice too
Do not rent from this place. They do not have security at the top of the walls therefore somebody can just climb over to the next unit. Also, they will increase your rent once you move it by 20-30%. Scammers trying to get house rental prices out a storage unit.

This place was good when it was Indian Trail Storage. Since Public Storage purchased it we experienced 2 rate increases in one year and the person working there is extremely rude. Moved our stuff out and then had a cleaning fee charged when there was nothing left in the unit.

The woman working today 1/29/22 has an attitude an very disrespectful I went to my unit today to find that I had over $200 worth of tools stolen from my unit found sockets in parking lot an when I said something to her she told me office is closed an then went to telling me she has witnesses that she knows nothing about the tools missing I also have witnesses that they were stolen by them they were the only people actcess to unit period
The women working on 1/12/22 has a terrible attitude. It’s to bad because without her incompetence I may have rented a unit from this place. My suggestion to you is to take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy being treated like trash
