I needed a quick storage space and was able to use “Public Storage”. I went in the first time and met a lady named Karen and discussed about units. Karen is very knowledgeable about renting spaces for size. I was back and forth trying to figure and also met there an office worker named Margie and she helped me to select which storage unit that would be easier for me to access since I am limited for walking. What a great help Margie was and still is as I had to extend my storage time. It’s nice dealing with a smiling person and not an autobot!

Margie helped me in more ways than you can imagine. She went above and beyond when it came to a nasty separation of items and communicated clearly and often. If you need an individual that understands life happens and works with extenuating circumstances, Margie is the one for you! Prior to my interactions with her the previous management and staff were terrible, unresponsive and often unavailable (except Karen). Margie turned my entire experience around in a matter of days.
Don't have your things here to long is all I can say about here the gate half way works, they never answer the phone when I moved my things in it seemed like they were watching me tp see what I had ... and it was problem after problem

Today, I visited this public storage facility and was greeted by Ms. Karen, who has undoubtedly the most exceptional customer service among those I have encountered at Bee Storage, which is located near Rocky River station. She made me feel at ease as a person seeking assistance, and it was pleasant to learn that Ms. Karen possesses understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service. Ms. Karen took time to thoroughly examine my needs and found a unit that suited my requirements. I am pleased to have found such an establishment and met Ms. Karen, thank you for your continued excellence.

This places customer service is not at great! You call no one answers phone calls or return phone calls. I waited several times for a property manager to be onsite, and no one showed up. I'm always getting a increase in my unit without any warning of price increase. I would not rent from Public Storage again and advise no to rent either.

I’m about to move and have been trying to put in my vacate notice. I’ve tried going into the office a handful of times this week, since a verbal notice is required, and no one has been in the office. I went today around 8:15 and it was completely closed, again. Their hours are between 6am-9pm???
I’d also gotten a notice a couple months ago about rent being raised, I complained and did get it to stay the same price I’d been paying for last 6 months. I understand in the agreements it says the rent is subject to change, but for what reasons and amenities? The unit is outside and not air conditioned, for it to have gone up as much as it did.
I was, however, able to finally get my vacate notice tonight via online chat, which to me is ridiculous. I should’ve been able to go into the office to do this. Glad I will not be having to rent from here any longer.
Roaches, mice, and hot on inside. One door doesn't work. Looks like someone fixed the ceiling and I had a movie in my storage unit by the door that wasn't mine which was weird. A lot of my stuff fell when opening and I stacked well enough. Also don't appreciate the rent being raised.
Don’t rent a storage unit from this location constant floods and the insurance company doesn’t even give half of what the items are worth. Two floods and I am left with nothing and the district manager is avoiding me. I was paying $150 for two years and I have lost a sectional, dinette set, heirlooms, pictures, and etc because of them not fixing the doors to the storage unit. That seems like a lawsuit

My storage is the perfect size I need. Not many storages my size are available in the area. Jessie was truly helpful with my contract. I put the wrong move in date and he made the change quickly and easily so that I would be able to move in sooner. Customer service from Jessie was A+. I would definitely recommend this location.
We were looking for a storage facility in Charlotte we could use to store our bikes and related gear on a return trip from FL to NH while we took a flight from CLT to Italy. Easily secured the space and moved in without any difficulties. Moved out after 4 weeks yesterday when we returned from our trip. Jessie was a pleasure to deal with and, if we find ourselves with a similar need, we will not hesitate to reach out to Jessie.

A little hard to find. Apple maps takes you to W W T Harris, so make sure it says E W T Harris when you put it in the GPS. Very nice people. Jessie helped me and he made the whole process very easy to understand. Everything was clean and in good condition. Thank you!
If you are in need of a storage please look into Public storage!! I started my reservation at the WT Harris location with Jesse the store manager who was awesome and very helpful but once I got to the location, I needed a bigger unit and Jesse referred me to their next location on Sharon Amity. Not only did he refer me he called and set everything up while I was there. Ms.Carol at the Sharon Amity location was very helpful with getting the new unit setup over the phone with Jesse and once I arrived at her location. I had a problem with my unit space. Ms. Carol took care of the problem with such great customer service. I will like to thank them both for the seamless process for me💕
I normally do not leave bad reviews as I do not believe nothing is really egregious enough to tarnish the reputation of a company. However, I do recommend that this specific location have their premises swept and treated for rodents. My girlfriend and I were removing plastic wrapped two of our chairs and she noticed a mouse pop out and immediately freaked out. We took the chairs outside and unwrapped the chairs only to find a total of 9 mice. 2 larger mice and 7 smaller mice that were still attached to the mother. The mice had chewed through the chairs and tore through the cushions. If you do not mind rodents in or on your belongings then I would definitely recommend this location for great customer service, as well as how the seamless the claims process has been for damaged items, otherwise beware as your belongings could be subject to a rodent infested unit.

I contacted the Public Storage location at 4025 E. WT Harris Boulevard yesterday to inquire about a rate increase that I was not expecting. I was very pleased with the level of customers I received from the representative Jessie. My concerns were listen to. Jessie was very understanding and offered to submit a request to reduce my rate. I was also provide it with additional options that sounded promising. Jessie followed up with me promptly by calling me the next day to verify request has been sent. I was told it may be 24 hours before I get confirmation if the request was approved. Hopefully everything works out, but I am very impressed and satisfied with the service that Jesse provided me. I have enjoyed my time renting with Public Storage this far.

Excellent customer service from Jessie, units/hallways/roads are clean/maintained and in good repair, Access times are generous, carts and boxes are available in the office, and the availability of a storage unit when you're moving in/out or living in an apartment is super reassuring and well worth the money. 2ish years at 100 a month for a climate controlled 10x10 all in, can't beat it!
