Mrs. AD helped me out after the app wouldn't let me rent online, she was very kind and helpful aso had a lot of patience teaching a new coworker, was quicker than ever. Jack was the new coworker!

Shining Light in a Dim Experience — Robin Deserves All the Praise I rarely write reviews, but today I feel compelled to recognize someone who truly deserves it: Robin, the office staff at Public Storage. Let me be clear—this review is not about the property itself, which leaves much to be desired. Nor is it about the regional manager, Brenda, whose lack of competence made a bad situation worse. Robin is the reason I stayed. In a company where customer service is often neglected and employees feel like they’re just punching a clock, Robin stands out. She genuinely cares—not just about the job, but about the people. Despite being the one on-site, bearing the brunt of daily frustrations from customers (many caused by failures beyond her control), she shows up with professionalism, kindness, and resilience. Her hands may be tied by corporate policies and ineffective leadership, but she still does everything she can to support tenants and solve problems with grace. In a world where dedication and compassion have become rare, Robin embodies both. I won’t go into my personal experience in detail, because this review is about honoring Robin’s work ethic, integrity, and the empathy she brings to a place that desperately needs it. Public Storage may not realize the asset they have in her—but I do. Thank you, Robin. You're a rare gem in a rough operation. Keep shining. Great place for storage robin is the best

Drove past and didn’t even realize there was a public storage sitting there and stopped in just to get some pricing because I hate the storage company. I’m with end up meeting a property manager named Robin. She was very helpful picking out a new storage unit the proper size and told me to go online to see if I can find any better price. They might be a little cheaper because I still had a few weeks before I was able to move my stuff from the storage unit company I’m with to this one. She was amazing in helping me. Too bad more storage units companies don’t have more property managers like her Thank you Ms. Robin

I don't normally post reviews, but I feel like I had to. My mom and I just rented a space, the move in date was yesterday (thankfully, we rented this space early, as we just naturally anticipate problems). Yesterday, we showed up and the first space's door was broken. We went to the office, and they set us up with another space. We left for a while, and came back to check out the second space. The light bulb didn't work, I went to the store and bought a lightbulb (I wanted a super bright one anyway), and still nothing. It has an electrical issue. We went back to the office, after 6 (closing), it was probably 6 30, but they unlocked the door and spoke with us anyway. They said come back tomorrow and file a work order. Okay. We did that. The next day, we came back, and we told her the situation. She said she had a third unit. We checked it out, and it was on a hill, and had a 1' ledge that I wouldn't be able to roll a heavy toolbox into it. She said that's all of our available spaces in my size at the location. There was another location down the road, and she gave us temporary permission to enter and gave us a list of empty spaces to check out, and we could pick the best one that fit our needs. I probably looked at 7 additional spaces and found one that I was very happy with. I was able to rent the one that I wanted, and couldn't be happier! I know that we are very picky customers. I'm sure most customers would not be as picky as we were. But I wanted to give a shout out to Danika in the office because I feel like she really went the extra mile for us and made sure we were happy customers. And even the girls in the office the day before (I didn't catch their names) were very help full. Thank you to the team in the office for helping us, the incredibly needy customers. I really hope you all get recognized for the amazing service that you have provided.

This place has been here for a while, and still the best location for drive up unit access. Sweet blue tooth turnstile gate (like a Rail Road crossing). And most of all, Kim the awesome property manager that handles your needs in seconds.....not hours, and applies all discounts and promotions to make it one of the less expensive options in the Quail/Pineville south Metro. thanks Kim. 5 stars

Kim is the property manager here at Public Storage. I have worked with Kim for 6 months. I have rented three units to accommodate my move to Charlotte. Kim has been so wonderful. She has gone out of her way to help me make this transition. She has been instrumental in helping me make this move. She is very professional and has been willing to help me. I always look forward to seeing her because of her kindness & positive personality.
