HORRIBLE customer service and I don’t recommend anyone doing business with this unprofessional company. The garbage employee danced around and when I declined to let him hustle talk me, he HUNG UP on me. These companies need to just close their business instead of hiring such TRASH and subjecting the public to such. This experience occurred today 6/25/24 around 3:20pm.

This has been a pleasent experience and I have been a long time member.

Storage facility was very clean. We used an inside unit that has temp control because of the humidity. Just beware that when you move your belongings out it HAS TO BE BEFORE THE 1ST OF THE MONTH because you will be charged a full month if you are into the next month. Even by 1 day. They DO MIT PRORATE. I should have paid more attention to this because now I have to pay a a full month. It is the 2nd. All my belongings are out. 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

Please do not rent here. We packed all of our belongings here for a month as we waited for our new house to be completed. When we went to pick everything up the unit was infested with ROACHES!!!! I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Reserved and paid and checked in all online. use app to open gates. It's great. Don't have to go to the office for anything. Just do your business and get out.

So inconvenient, the least helpful employees possible. Will be getting our stuff out and cancelling unit ASAP! As well as deferring anyone from oxford.

They send you an email each month ,and me thinking it's just payment confirmation advertisements I don't look at it . But the whole time they are raising your rates . Then they need a ten day notice of you vacating and they still charge you for the whole month. I would not recommend and will never use again.

Perfect customer service

1. I moved into 2 of the LARGE units in February 2019. Never late on my payments. The number of times that they've gone up on the rentals fees and charges. I continued to pay faithfully. 2. Decided in October 2022 that I no longer wanted to continue to pay those outlandish fees. Went to my storage unit to move and found that there were water spots and fuzzy spots on all of my furniture and boxes. 3. I immediately call the front office and there was no emergence to my situation. They NEVER DIRECTLY ANSWER THE PHONES! 4.After letting the office know that my furniture was damaged, I get a pamphlet to contact the providing insurance company. However, when I contact them to ask about where do we stand on the updates for the claim reimbursements they send me a disclaimer of their policy of what they DO NOT COVER: You recently reported a claim involving water damage to personal property stored at the storage facility referenced above. The policy of insurance the following exclusionary language applying to damage caused by water: PERILS INSURED AGAINST: We cover direct loss to property insured by the following perils, except as otherwise excluded but limited to the amount of insurance. n. Water Damage except as excluded under paragraphs (b) and (c) Exclusion EXCLUSIONS: We do not insure: b. Against loss or damage caused by or resulting from wear and tear, gradual deterioration, maintenance, inherent vice, latent defect, moths, insects, rodents, vermin, mold, mildew, wet or dry rot, atmospheric condition and /or changes in temperature, delay, loss of use or loss of market. c. Against loss or damage caused by, resulting from, contributing to or aggravated by flood, surface water, waves, tidal water or tidal wave, or overflow of streams or other bodies of water, including but not limited to escape, overflow or discharge, for any reason, of water or waterborne material from a dam, levee, seawall or any other boundary or containments system, unless fire or explosion ensues, and then we will pay only for the ensuing loss. LEGAL ACTION AGAINST US: No one may bring legal action against us unless: There has been full compliance with all terms of the insurance evidenced by this certificate; and such action is brought within two years after you first have knowledge of a loss. Regrettably based on the exclusionary language stated above, Harco National Insurance Company will be unable to make any payment to you for this loss. If you have any additional information that may affect this claim, please contact me for additional consideration. We have enclosed your certificate of insurance. Trash customer service. I'd rather buy a shed and store my own items than to ever use this facility. They literally deserve ZERO stars. I won't call out that woman's name who NEVER answers the phone or email. I mean THEE QUEEN of BEING UNPROFESSIONAL. Dumpster juice customer service. Keep going straight to Cubesmart. And I got time today if this location wants to reply to this review. YALL ARE TRASH AND YALL KNOW THIS. 🤧

Quick and easy

I had two climate controlled storages over a period of 3 yrs while I saved for a home. The first one I caught without power and they gave me money off a storage fee because I threatened to call a lawyer. The second one was bigger and although the unit seemed to be kind of cool when I visited it I still have a lot of ruined clothes and shoes and they are very unapologetic and you literally have to fight for an underpayment. I hate I used this facility. Not to mention the price went up seems like almost every four months.

Simply Storage had an AC unit mishap which caused water to flood into my unit. Luckily, we went by the unit to get something out of it, and we noticed that water was coming out of our unit. We still acquired a lot of damage between inventory and antiques that were damaged in the unit. You pay to protect your valuables, and yet this still happens. Although this is unfortunate, what bothers me more is the lack of customer service in this situation. It took us approximately eight hours(with a toddler in tow) to move all of our items into a new storage unit and go through all of the water damaged items. Not a single team member stopped by to check in or offer to help us move things. On top of this, we have been charged the same monthly rate. You would think in a situation like this, the team would step up and make this right in one way or another, but that has not been our experience. I would recommend checking on your unit regularly in case this happens to you.

New policy in place now where you have no 5 day grace period on making payments. They draft out of your account on file the first of every month. So you don't have time if you need time to pay you bill. Or the option if you need to just pay the late fee. So beware of them drafting out you account even if you did not opt for auto payment. YOU HAVE "NO" OPTIONS BUT TO BE AUTO DRAFTED FROM YOU ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH. Poor business and we already penny pinching on the economy now.

Rarely will I share a bad review of a business but this is pretty terrible. I used this place for storage when we were getting ready to sell our home. We vacated the unit and it is empty and accessible. every time I called or went by to close out my account no one was there. Could not get a return call in spite of multiple left messages. Finally, I went online and submitted my notice to vacate. I received confirmation via email. I am continuing to get billed over $200 a month for an empty unit!!

The facility was awesome! I’d give the staff 3 stars. A lady came in while I was being helped and the staff member said she would be with her in a second. After 10 minutes, the lady who had came in said she would come back later and the staff member ignoring her turned to her colleague and rolled her eyes. Just very impolite. The other staff member who was new was impeccably nice

I've been renting one of the largest OUTSIDE not the climate control units for approximately 7mo now. It seems every 3 months our rent increases. The initial monthly payment was $245.00 then increased to $297.00 now I got a letter in the mail explaining my rent will increase to $322.00 due to a clean & secured location. Yeah that's unacceptable. Time to move out..
