Ladies in the office are wonderful. Whomever is in charge of raising rent every three months until it's triple the original "special", needs to go to college. An Associates in Business only takes 2 years. Client retention. Smh. Shady practices. LORD FORBID you are late making your monthly payment. They break off your lock, and take pictures of your belongings. Then threaten selling all your stuff. Never did I not make my payment every month. I would NOT recommend. Some people can't afford a 120% raise in a bill. I pray I'm never in a position to store my belongings again. If I do? It will NOT be here.
It was an awesome experience. I was shown around, had excellent conversation, and was sold by the end of a 10 minute walk. (Felt more like 2 minutes) 5 stars, 2 thumbs up.

Father in law got forced out of his 2 units because they were doing “construction”?? He got a call Friday that all his stuff needed to be moved out by Monday. No compensation for the moving truck, moving costs, and labor. He also paid for this month and didn’t even get to keep his stuff in there for the full month.
This place is SKETCHY and do not store your things here!!!

Stored most of my furniture and belongings in their units for a little more than 2 months. I was impressed that even with the heavy continuous rains, not one thing in my unit got wet. I also did not find any debris or insects in or around my things which was a surprise to me. The pricing was fair, the unit kept my belongings safe, it has easy access and the front desk women was really kind. I will definitely use them again when I need a storage unit

I had to retract my previous review. Because I jumped the gun on a small issue. I probably should of reached out to the management team before writing said review which I removed. Instead management reached out to me and totally blew me away with their desire to make things right. The owner contacted me and was very pleasant in his approach and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and my needs taken care of..... this is unheard of in this day of Corporate policies. Thanks again.

I recently upgraded storage unit size and working with Jessie to get this done was a very smooth process. She took the time to help me decide which size I would need and the price is very affordable. The front office staff was very nice and personable. She got to know my situation and remembered me and also helped retro sensitive documents that had fallen out of storage and left behind by the movers. She even met me at the office during her off hours to ensure I retrieved them. I recommend this place based off the staff alone. I never had any issues otherwise
Was a decent place. Overall cleaner then most. I looked at a few stoarage units and was helped by Jessie. She was very friendly and helped quite a bit. I would recommend her for any storage needs.
Storage unit leaked water, despite me letting them know that the unit looked like it was leaking water before I even started storing items in it!!!

Rented two units from them for about 9 months. Storage units are adequate. However, the service is not. They have very limited hours, and did not handle my close out well. I removed everything from my units Oct 27 and then on Nov 4th they attempted to charge me. I went to the office and they confirmed my units had been emptied and the last time I used my entry code was Oct 27. They told me all was good. Months later I am now receiving collection notices for Nov storage. Not a call nothing. Will not be using again and do not recommend.
