The only thing I like is that’s it’s an inside storage but overall it’s been a bad experience. The storage I originally wanted was canceled and the wrong size was paid for instead so I had to go back and pay for the right one and couldn’t get a refund for the wrong storage I paid for. Then the code they gave me to get inside the building because they didn’t transfer my new information for my new storage so then I wasn’t able to get into a storage I pay for and they close before the closing time
I rented this storage and returned with my stuff. They close super early so I went from limited no access at all. After several attempts to call they were mean and disrespectful. Several of the representatives pushed the blame to me as if I was in the property after business hours. No one has bother to return my messages, emails so I finally reached someone in the office. Her response was to deny and then to what do I expect her to do. It's bad enough trying to get here though all of the road construction. The disrespectful works has me feeling scammed. If you can send emails in regards soliciting your business I would have liked a heads up regarding this. Then to tell me a district manager will contact me but he never attempted to.
The hours that are listed online are not correct. I go to load my stuff into the storage I'm being charged for, but the elevators were not working! Even attempted to use stairs, but there were no door handles to gain access to the level I am renting the unit. If you want to send 1000 emails in regards to soliciting, why did you neglect to relay true transparency for everything? Called to get the property contact info, and the system sent my personal information back to me instead. When I finally reached someone, hours, they were rude and hung up in my face. The road to this location is under construction, elevators don't work, and I've been polite even when they have been disrespectful. It's funny how the representatives were quick to push blame as if I was at the location after hours, so I went above and beyond to take a picture to so how unprofessional aka/messy this company is! This pic was taken in the downstairs lobby, and so it is clearly within business hours. For them to turn disrespectful/hateful when people are calling in for help say it all so I've been scammed...

The place is kept really nice and there’s carts available to easily move your stuff. Signing up for a unit is very straightforward as well. One of the employees, Fulton, was super helpful in directing me where to go and how to use the unit and the facilities.

It's a new place, so the Google Maps directions were not good near the end. The facility itself is excellent and the property manager Fulton was exceptional. His knowledge, capabilities, and customer service exceeded my expectations.
