Nicole is awesome 10/10, I'm obsessed lol. But as far as the company is concerned I will never use public storage again. The old lady told me my unit was the same size as the office, I go see it and it's a tiny little storage locker. I didn't even step inside, to small. I got another unit elsewhere and came back to refund my 30 dollars and they said I can't have it. False advertising if you ask me.

Public storage has so many hidden charges. Gotta buy and use their locks. You don't know you have to buy renters insurance till after you sign a lease.
Stay away from public storage.
I was at the 9104 Raytown Rd facility and when I tell you that Jennifer worked it out and helped me with my needs. She was great 👍. I truly appreciate her. ❤️

The front desk lady is rude as hell and its hard to check her even during business hours the office is a hit and miss if shell even be there at all
The staff at this location is extremely rude and discourteous while I was asking questions the staff spoke over me talked over me got loud hung up very rude very prejudiced very ugly

This review is a month late however... Trust me when I say this particular Public Storage(near Raytown)is the worst Storage facility(Even worst than IStorage on Troost!) I have ever dealt with! For starters they false advertised about the monthly rates,secondly I had to file an insurance claim(in which I won)due to roaches (and water damage from the ceiling)getting in and on my stuff😒!!! Last but not least the Amanda lady and her entire staff harass you by phone every other day for payment(after 1 week of being late) even after you ask them to stop!!! So Please believe me when I say don't want to do business with this trashy establishment unless you like getting headaches and witnessing poor/savage business practices!!! Oh and the 1 star rating is really for nothing.

I got the runaround from so many storage places when I was on the phone and in person I got extremely frustrated. I walked into public storage on 47th St. in Raytown. After speaking with Amanda for two minutes I’ve felt so relieved. She was so professional, so patient, so understanding, she explained everything so clearly. It didn’t matter to her that I came in close to quitting time she walked the property with me to show me the unit I was looking to rent. She didn’t rush me, she didn’t make me feel like I was a bother to her. This company needs to show her some appreciation. She is the reason all of my Storage needs will remain here and only here. Amanda is awesome, please keep up the good work. Thank you so much for your time.
