I think you shouldn't have to pay the $29.00 one time fee when you all ready have a unit with you guys and it would help at lot if you could get in 24 hrs 7 days a week and you should be able to pick the day you pay your storage because I get paid twice a month and I get paid a week after the first and I have to pay late fees because I don't get paid on the first and there's no one ever there when you need someone

The driveway was very narrow between buildings, hard to move around with 3/4 ton truck. Also there no dollies to move containers into the space. Otherwise the space was clean.

The terrain they built this place upon is crazy. The drive up the hill of storage units is a sight to behold. If your vehicle sits low to the ground, don't even think about it.

Awful customer service from their call center. Was hung up on twice, had a meeting and tour scheduled with manager who never showed up and didn’t return any voicemails. Terrible experience. Would rather go airflow further down the street to storage mart!

Customer service not so great. When you call it says the office is open from 9am to 6pm. And on a Tuesday this lady closed at 2pm. There not sign on the door to tell you what time they open and close.
The service is bad in every way the person leaning on my chair and with a lousy attitude you ask him something and he answered with another rude question in every way when we arrived he was smoking outside and I think it was annoying that we arrived as customers
At the time when I rented a unit they were a little more expensive than competitors nearby but they were very close so I went with them. They did raise the rates quite frequently. It seems every 3-4 months we had to pay a little bit more until we finally stopped using them.
Worst storage facility I have ever rented from. They raise the rent fairly often, and they are already higher that the facility right down the road. The facility is in much worse shape than their competitors. Handles on the units are rusting off and will slice your hand open. Gate came down on my car multiple times damaging my car and property. Office is never open, you have to "make an appointment" to talk to someone. Lot is full of deep potholes. Facility is full of trash and never cleaned. Staff is rude when you can find someone, which is next to never even though a manager is supposed to live on site. They lure you in with a free month rent then raise the rent 3 months later. Save yourself and go 3 blocks in either direction to on of the other facilities, they are cleaner and better maintained. This place is horrible.
Rented a space. Lady was helpful in terms of helping me get best value but the service left something to be desired. First remedied me a space that was occupied with a tamper tag. Then took way too long to get me moved. Then my access code didn't work. Price is low but I'm sure I'll still eventually move.
These people do not do there job they close earlier then what they say they don’t answer the phone .. just very frustrating

Raises price nearly twice a year. I'd rather sell my belongings. I've had my storage since mid 2021. Prices went up twice a year and I am now paying close to $1000 more a year for the same unit. Don't think this storage is worth the constant bi-yearly increase.
Please be aware that the storage unit 10*10 has a 4 foot door . And it’s a terrible incline here , and two cars do not fit in the driveway . Pretty much the worst storage facility I have ever been to .
I had to wait for the employee to come to the office and then she seemed extremely stressed out. Locked the door and wouldn't let another customer in saying she was closed. Rude.
Katherine at Public Storage was not only VERY knowledgeable about the process of securing me a rental unit, she was very friendly and professional.
They are very lucky to have an employee like Katherine representing thier operation.
The whole process was painless, smooth, and informative.

Worst Customer service. I had a unit here for about 3 weeks and all of my belongings were stolen along with them breaking my couch. Jennifer gave very little to no help. Very suspicious place. They got into my unit from a "vacant" unit next to mine that had a lock on it. She then was wanting a warrant vs caring about the fact that her facility lacks security and a customers items where stolen. Something is off about this place and way to many people have stated there stuff goes missing. I would not trust leaving anything here
Fixed the entrance door (closest to the office) since my last visit, and also both of the main gates don't have any gaps in between either. So a little more secure.
Due to a particularly hectic period I opened a 5x10 online and then let my account lapse without occupying the space. The attendant was outstanding working with me and helping me to realize I actually needed a 10x10. She was so patient and terrific. I so appreciate her help. Keeper!

There have been a couple of things. 1) Mold and it really affects my asthma and itson quite of bit of my belongings. 2) Spiders galore, they have basically infested all my stuff. 3) The management isn't here. I have only needed to help pay the rent a couple of time and each of those times without fail I've had an issue. This is not we want to spend $225 for.
Don't do it - you'll be sorry! The facility presents as a hot mess and lives up to that expectation in every sense. To top it off, if you pay your bill on time they will absolutely turn you in to collection agency, even when you have correct paperwork. Between the half reared management and the half reared facility, you will regret every moment you spend and every hard earned dollar wasted. Period. Mic drop

I was here with my sister a while ago so she could pay her bill. And it took almost 1 hour just to get help and they still refused to take her pay (idk why) but thin the lady that finally came out wasn't nice and almost crashed a cart. I liked the other place near Noland.
Friendly Staff, and great location
Well - the facility is nice and very accessible, but Public Storage raised me rental rate by 45% without any warning. When I asked why they acted like it was because they could! No empathy or compassion. If it wasn’t such a pain I would remove my belongings and find a more reasonable and customer friendly option!!
All my stuff was covered in mold, after only 2months of storage, and FYI there insurance they make u get only covers 250$ damage MAX!!

Very reasonable rates. Only thing I was displeased with, was the amount of brown recluse spiders that were waiting in the unit for me when it was time to empty. I understand there isn’t a whole lot they can do, but do something please.
