Great customer service in the face of a challenging situation.
Poorly trained employees: inventory did not meet actual existing units. I contacted them, leaving a voicemail on an overcharge. It’s been over 24 hours & I have yet to hear back.
Karl was extremely helpful. He took us to our unit and verified we could access our codes made sure our lock was in the unit and he walked this old fart through blue tooth
Better get insurance, their storage facility is not waterproof. My friend got his things damaged. Big rip-off. You better have your receipts for your damages or they won't pay you shit. The insurance is just a scam to get more money from you.

Karl was amazing from start to finish. There was a rude customer ahead of is he handled the situation very well smiling and being respectful the entire time. We were next and he gave us extraordinary service even after having to deal with that mean lady.

Renter beware,
I had to move all of my items out of my storage yesterday due to water leaking into my storage from what appears to be the unit behind me, as I moved my belongings I noticed more water coming out, I showed the pictures to the person running the front counter and told him I had left the door open so he could go find out what was leaking.
I was not offered another unit and they said that public storage does not do partial refund, I contacted Public Storage customer service and they said the same file a claim for my damages but none of the rental fees would be refunded, this is Jul 6th and I had paid for the full month of Jul.
Everything I had sitting on the floor got wet not sure how long it had been leaking but TV boxes are not cheap.
My advice go somewhere else to rent, when their facility causes issues they want to shift the blame and not accept responsibility.
I would not recommend and I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This location is so nice! The staff onsite, Tom, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My mom was looking for storage as she’d just moved to the area. We saw the good reviews and location and were NOT disappointed! The gate is secure, the indoor garage to unload into storage was secure, and the storage unit itself was secure. We are very pleased and impressed with this storage facility!

Tom always provides courteous customer service. My time is up but I would use them again if the situation comes up.
State of disrepair. Bays are not accessible due to electrical and mechanical issues. Locked in/locked out, no elevator service. No knowledgeable staff on site. No sense of urgency.
Too expensive needed to relocate!!

I have been renting a large locker for a very long time and each year this place ups my rent by a lot. Currently I am paying $325/month. Where I live is about to have record breaking flooding due to all the snow and I went to see how much room in my locker I have to store items from my basement. When I got there, my locker door was stuck in 2 feet of ice...all the lockers facing the same direction were the same...that is half of all the units they have. When I asked if they would remove ice from all the lockers , they told me NO, that's not their problem...I would need to remove it myself. There was another customer there and he told me it took him an hour to remove the ice from his locker door. And when he finally opened his locker, everything was frozen in 2 inches of ice because they plowed all the snow against the buildings so now it's melting and seeping into the lockers. I'm just curious what does $325/month actually cover? It seems like every time I ask for a little assistance at this place, every worker tells me "they're not allowed "...so besides sitting behind the counter and taking my money, what do your employees do? At minimum, I feel any storage facility should provide access to your locker...like that is a basic responsibility for a storage facility...I guess not.
Very friendly staff and helpful. Security A+ just don’t lose track of time cause you could end up locked inside and have to make phone calls to get out 😉
Snow removal is non existent. There are snow piles and ice everywhere. Guy in the office said he has complained about it and nothing has been done.
The overhead exit door was broken/not working for over a month. The lock on the women's bathroom does not lock and it has been out of order everytime I have been there.

Worst storage unit renting experience of my life. Manager is either not to be found - or hateful and condescending. Broken glass all over the floors / in both elevators. Ladies restroom is always locked - so I had to use the nasty men's room or just "hold it."
VERY cold in the storage building. Yuck all around. I switched to another company.

Store attendant really wasn't to knowledgeable about the rental procedure. After 3 questions he gave me a toll free number to call because he just didn't know.
I gave a good review before because It was the end of the month and Tom was pretty eager to me to get online and give him a good review.
Tom promised we could return locks if we don’t use them… and to “make sure to buy them, you can return them”.
We rented a unit because we had a string of bad luck and didn’t really know what to do… long story short. We didn’t need the unit, we canceled it online after we got home that same day. I’ve been to public storage 2 times since then and Tom, nor anyone else is to be found. The telephone number on the door is useless. We are not at all happy with our experience.

Just got notice that your rates are going up again! 25% hike...$89 for a 5x10 unit is NOT comparable with other units. We have used your services for over 2 years now and every time we turn around your raising your rates. Needless to say we will be pulling our stuff out and going someplace less expensive.

this is a clean, well lit storage facility. They have a touchless gate entry app avail.too. For the indoor unit you enter into this huge garage that can fit 4 large vehicles even a small u haul truck. I only had to wait to enter garage one time for 5 min. generally I see very few people.

Great place! I was in the middle of moving from TN to WI and needed to store some personal items before flying out to Utah for work. I spoke with David, both in person and on the phone, and he was able to help me out on short notice with a storage locker. I was able to take advantage of the current promotion they had going on. Easy process to reserve a unit, move in and move out.
