Maria is fantastic! She’s so knowledgeable and so helpful.
Maria was extremely helpful, engaging, friendly and professional. Lead me through the facility showing me all the nuances and particulars indifferent to why I left my current storage space making it a much easier to go with Public Storage. To feel that my belongings are secure 24/7, that the place is clean and not visited my little Mickey’s and Minnie’s, and that I’m not just another “numbered occupant” and sale are just a few of the things that made Maria’s all important responses a no-brainer to make the move to Pubic Storage much easier! Kudos to Maria!!!

Terrible customer service terrible community service terrible everything I don’t like it. They charge you with no notification or email letting you know that you that they will be charging you more for the next month Don’t get me started with management is terrible. Complete garbage place needs to be shut down. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER highly not recommend for nobody that’s if you want to stay scammed

I am in shock and awe at the disrespect of Public Storage. A few months ago I received a survey to ask about how things were going with my unit. I honestly have nothing bad to say about the facility itself, it is a pretty standard facility. Nothing remarkable, its clean, etc. But in my response I said that the monthly price was getting out of hand. I started at about $60 per month and they have been increasing the monthly every six month for the past 2 years all the way up to $129 per month. I think that is too much and so I said in the survey that the price is getting too expensive.
Their response? "Let us do you a BIG favor and reduce your rent a WHOPPING $1!"
Yes... a single dollar... I would have actually been more accepting of them to increase my rent, because at least that makes sense. But why would you reduce it by a single dollar??!! That is like tipping a single penny to your waiter or bartender.... How disrespectful..
I've been thinking to remove the items in my facility and throw them over the next year, because it's all furniture I do not really need anymore. The rent is expensive, but for me it is really not a lot of money to keep renting for a year while I slowly toss stuff. But after this buffoonery, I am going to EXPIDITE my vacancy and toss my items ASAP to minimize my time here.
A BIG savings of $12 dollars per year, WOW!!! I've spent more money on a single beer than that.

Very friendly, professional customer service. The property is clean and well lit inside and out. There’s plenty of room to pull in, park and unload and there were plenty of carts available for us to use.
Easy to get to right off of 35 and West seventh the building is huge and spacious and I received very good customer service from Maria and she went over everything with me and gave me a tour with the very pleasant attitude. Very nice. Thank you guys for my first and best experience with self storage.
Left because the rent went up almost immediately and nearly doubled in 3 years. $110.00 for a 5x5? No thanks. Many competitors nearby with better deals. And they have 1 cart as far as I can tell.

Great storage space at a reasonable cost with month to month rental. Very clean. Three stars because it was very difficult to ever get a response from anyone when we had questions about ending mom's rental. Tried online chat and tried calling and leaving a message several times and got no response. Easy to rent, not as easy to confirm cancellation!
I've been meaning to write a post for a while now. I've had nothing but the best experiences with all the employees. I'm terrible with names but I know that the managers name is Tony. He actually goes above and beyond to make sure all is good with your storage needs.
Friendly but too many hidden fees and rising prices makes this facility now overpriced.
The staff is friendly but the customer service has room for improvement. My experience with the staff has been mixed.
I often have difficulty getting ahold of anyone and the staff could be more professional. Although the staff is friendly the staff has been unprofessional on a few occasions.
The spaces are clean and the site is trustworthy, however, the prices need to go down if the facility wants to stay competitive. The prices were great when I first started using the facility, but now prices are way too high. It is not very difficult to find another spot with lower prices.
Overall this is not a bad facility, but I have had enough issues as to where I would likely look elsewhere before using this facility again. Hoping the prices drop down to what they used to be.

Tony was great showed us around the lot and all the access points and how to use the app. Real professional at all times.
Nice clean facility. Great staff that is very helpful. But there are seldom, if ever any carts available, the very heavy door slams into you quickly as soon as you open it, and there are so many deep cracks and crevices in the sidewalk that if you do have a cart, you cannot get over them without losing all of your stuff. Fix the cracks and put a delay on the heavy doors and you will get 5 stars.

Tony (property manager) is great. Helpful, available, knowledgeable and genuinely care about your experience. The place is clean and well cared for. Also, the app works well - no bugs, intuitive, does everything you’d want it to.
Great storage facility! The workers are attentive and aware of whats going on they check and make sure every unit is secure each night theres nobody living in storage units or lurking around they close up at 9 every night so no late night shady stuff happening its clean its dry and its probsbly the best storage ive ever used. Plus the prices are reasonable. I love it

Pricing is/was decent, I was just given a five week notice of a 30% price hike, which I think is a bit excessive, and having just moved into the unit a mere 4 months ago... the idea of moving all my stuff now is ridiculous. It took 3 months to fill it. It definitely feels shady. I would give zero stars for this treatment, but I have to àdmit the facility is nice.
Edit: In response to my review, I received a call from this facility. They attempted to submit a request to drop my rate on my behalf, which was pretty much immediately denied via text message... on a Saturday. An automated response is my guess. The money means something, but more than that, the lack of customer care. The way it transpired suggests to me that the specific location cares but have their hands tied in some respects, and are at the mercy of upper management which seemingly saw fit to not even grant an extra month before the rate increase. I'll pay the rate increase because I have no choice at the moment. I'll add one more star to my review given the call I received.

Definitely 5 star review. I received a call from Tony at Montreal Way located near Mendata Heights MN. He was making security rounds last night and discovered my storage space unlocked. After Tony let me know I scooted right over there and locked it properly. Thank you, thank you, thank you Tony!

The facility was clean and easily accessible. However, beware of their billing process. I moved out on September 3 and paid for the month of September in full. On October 3 I received an email that I owed for the month of October. I called and was told that this was an error that would be corrected. So imagine my surprise at receiving a letter from a collection agency on November 14. I have called and left messages, but have not been shown the courtesy of a call back.
Great space but why are there rarely ever carts here? It is me and my fiancée here right now and no one else. I have walked the entire building first and second floor. Not a single push cart around. GET MORE CARTS!!! For the prices we are all paying this is unacceptable! I am back several weeks later. After discussing with the management they said they would be resolving the cart issue.. there are still no carts to be found in this facility!!!!

You need to restock the push carts and Dolly's for convenience, there was only one entire grounds we're checked. Maybe folks locked them in there units idk but you need to get stock pile!
Between Positivity Tony, and Mista, they got it going on. Always helpful, always friendly, always taking care of business! They are a lot of why I am a satisfied customer. The place is very clean, and not dusty, not dark... And of course climate controlled.

The people using the bathroom for their showers and a place to spark crack is getting out of hand. In the last few weeks I've had to shoo off addicts telling me they just need to get inside quick. My rates went up and the danger increased. My stuff is here for a safe place. But the response towards the crack heads is concerning. I feel I will soon get attacked or my unit will be opened in the middle of the night by the junkies living inside. I hope this is fixed soon.

Extremely amazing customer service! There was a miscommunication when I first "moved in" and they completely took care of it, followed up with me and made sure I was set up. Really clean facility and carts everywhere! During busy times yeah you may have to wait for a cart but there's plenty I thought. Highly recommend!
The facility is well taken care of. It’s not in a sketchy area at all- I feel very safe going there throughout the day. Tony, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Loved the unit, but they did not close my account out when I vacated the unit and charged me for an extra month, and then put me in collctions. Now am in call center hell trying to get the account out of collections due to the mistake of PS employee. Stay away!
PisativaTony and Mista are the best. I thought I lost my phone and mista went and checked the security tapes right there on the spot. Great customer service.
