Hello there! I just wanted to start off by saying that ms Ciesha has amazing custumer service. I come there and pay my bill nothing major. And that’s the first thing I’ve noticed is the good custumer service.
I am not a person that's ever had a storage unit I've always packed my garage full of things I made the decision to get a storage unit was kind of uncomfortable about it I made an appointment and Carlos was there at the storage facility that walk me through the process Carlos was very professional extremely good computer skills and explained everything as we went through and signed it if you're looking for a storage unit and you're ready to book it call Public Storage and ask for Carlos definitely good at what he does

DO NOT USE. All of our belongs were soiled by rodents. There were multiple large holes throughout the unit that lead to all of our items being covered in mice feces and urine. Total waste of money, choose any other option available.

So if you don't put a lock on your own storage unit they add a lock then charge you $21 to cut it off because apparently they don't have key to their own locks? I don't find that appealing. Seems like a tax for the poor or unattentive.
We had a HORRIBLE experience at this Public Storage location. We were storing items here between living situations. It was finally time for us to move into our new place and retrieve our belongings from Public Storage. We went there 4 days before our move to find 6 inches of solid ice holding our door shut. We tried to get ahold of someone for 2 days without any luck. We chipped through the ice ourselves. Finally, the nice attendant at the nearby location helped us get a VP on the phone who got snow removal to arrive the day of our move. Then we opened the unit to find 2 more inches of ice throughout our entire unit. Do not go here.
No one is ever there and the supervisor there tells you one thing and does another oh yeah I almost forgot that dollar a month doesn't really exist I think make sure you get it on the 1st otherwise if you get it on the 20th or anything like that you only get it for 10 days or not at all and keep an eye out on the insurance if you have your own you'll be paying for theirs as well.. my bill got 24 hundred dollars while trying to fix my problem talking to multiple people but the other location off of 280 is the best I should not have had to considering this location is in my I have some drive to a different location so go visit that location I'm sure I wouldn't have had all these problems the manager there is great and the district manager awesome

I was stressing so bad with my move and public storage was so nice and gave me the best price in town that was super affordable for a single mother like me . They made it simple and easy to do business with them and the employee Ciesha working today was so nice and great at her job . I’m super happy I choose public storage 😌
Scrappers welcomed here as long as you don't use their electricity or leave a mess for the workers.
This place has the worst customer service ever. There was three customers standing outside while business hours, and we were standing outside a -10° degree 10 minute DAYLE had a customer inside but he refused to open the door for us. Meanwhile we need to get a cart to go to second floor, but he said that the cart was already reserved and refused to help us when we got our stuff out, told us that we could never bring our stuff to the front door. This is the first time I’ve ever heard anything like this before. DALYE got up from his chair, open the front door for us again and tell us that we are not allowed to come back then lock the door us again I pay for service for one reason, but DAYLE was just straight up

I went to this place 3 days in a row attempting to rent a locker, apparently nobody works there. I sent a total of 5 hours waiting for nothing. I reached out to the number listed, left a message and never received a call back. Unbelievable.

The manager was very nice but holy mice infestation. We bought a unit at auction here and ended up bringing mice home with us😞

Rented a 10x10 6 months ago. Manager was 30 minutes late to open office. My unit was still full so he moved me to another. Right away I had a severe mouse problem. Seeing they are outside I would be okay with finding a couple but it was severe. I could not get ahold of management for a couple months(10 calls/2vm's). Also never saw management on property since move in. After they increased rent by $40 I decided to move out. Management called me to notify that I had a couple items left day of move out. It was then I was able to notify them about the mice that ruined my belongings. They said that is what insurance is for. I did use insurance but I still had a mice problem that would need to be solved as they were still ruining my items. She then told me that they did not receive any voicemails and that she was too busy to talk. She later said that they do not have access to my unit to check(which they had to have access bc I had two doors but the lock to only one). Then after proceeded to tell me they put mouse traps and poison in all units (they did not as I was constantly checking my unit and cleaning feces/nests/dead mice in the unit). She then said this would not have been their problem at all. This conversation stemmed from me asking for a favor in removing the two small items in my unit. What she was asking was more than reasonable but I could not believe the poor customer service involved over the 6 months there.
Online and instore prices don’t match. Potentially should come up with the same promotion for both. Staff are good. Just prices overall aren’t standardized.

Just got back from Public Storage. I set up a rental and reserved a unit 3 days ago and today I went to pay for it. They rented out the unit I reserved! NOT HONEST! I did business with them many years ago and they were great. not now.
I wouldn’t go to them. There are 2 other store options next door and down the block. Go to them. Firstly, Very poor service and management. They will consistently raise your rent steadily, hoping that you will not notice. They have bad business practices to steal your money.
Everything was alright to start. But with rates going up, we didn’t want to store our belongings here anymore. When we moved out our belongings and scheduled our move-out date, personnel were not present on the premises to help us and service after our scheduled move-out date was less than poor. They are not even available!
Always movie someone that needs CJ help for Christian help they call on Christian and I'm moving some ridge middle class for it doesn't matter longer to put a smile on the customer's face or whoever hires me that's the real Joy of doing something you love
