I had a unit here to store my furniture while moving. My stuff stayed dry and secure! There's plenty of space between units for loading your car! The office staff were nice!

Wes and the rest of the team here at 3205 Ranchview Ln do an incredible job of providing awesome customer service. The move-in or move-out process couldn't be easier with the help of this team.
Online free reservation is great. Keep in mind units starting with a 1 are true first floor. The "2..." units are second floor, but there are 1st & 2nd floor drive-in entrances -- 1st floor is drive thru. Actual location of your unit will determine the shortest access route. Online rental worked well... but still lots of paperwork.
Wes is awesome, gave me the full tour with instructions and tips for our loads into the unit. Was definitely a value add to see the unit, access options and plan a route with his help. Very clear, very helpful, made the experience easy and enjoyable.

I won’t recommend this company. While service was great (Thanks Wes), they had no problem increasing my monthly rate by over 12% and I hadn’t even been there for a full 6 months. The sad thing is their posted rate was less then what they were now charging me. I went to a competitor and my monthly rate dropped by 50%.
Store 08316 Wess Exceeded my expectations. He was patient and even stayed 20 minutes longer than his shift to make sure we had a good experience.
