Changing my review after I was hung up on this morning (8/28/24). Stay away from here! I called to ask questions about their online pricing and how it all works since i needed another storage unit for the girlfriend's stuff, including when they will raise the price from the promotional pricing, my thoughts were it should be good for at least 4 months. They could not tell me if it was good for 4 months or 6 months or a year all they told me is, it is a 30 day notice before they raise the prices. To which I said, will that tells me I should look elsewhere because I'm not dealing with you raising my price up after 2 months of being there because you gave me a 30 day notice after the first month. At which point the guy hung up on me. Don't let these storage unit places rip you off! Stay away! Find a better place that will provide you the information you seek without being rude or hung up on.
Scott was very helpful today with helping me decide on a unit. He was knowledgeable and what moving items I would need. He was helpful and offering to make sure my items are fully protected. Great customer service!!!

Lisa is very down to earth and realistic about people's expectations. Very understanding and patient. Got a 5x10 unit, no problems at all.
Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable, informed me of things not told to me before and this is my 3rd summer I've used the storage at this location. Overall experience is probably more like 4 stars because there's not always someone in the office.
Jim was a very helpful manager in transferring me to this site. He went above and beyond helping me store my snow plowing equipment. He helped me as there were even bumps in the road with door-size being an issue. I am very grateful to Public Storage for the service Jim provided

My unit was broken into. It was a mess, and I don't even know what was stolen. In addition, I was told that they pro-rate the move out. They don't! They took away my access when they noticed my unit was empty but charged me for the whole month. And good luck talking to someone, no one is ever onsite. Horrible customer service! No security! No cameras!
Although I had a unit for little over a week, Mary Rose was very professional and helped me on my moving in and moving out process. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely be using this public storage again. 10/10 customer service.

Customer service is top notch. I had some concerns when I wrote my 1st review; 2 different people from the business reached out to me to address my concerns. Customer service has taken a serious decline in today's society; It was very refreshing to have someone take the time to explain & ease my concerns.
Annoying getting in and out due to there being posts so close to the pin pad you can't hardly reach from the car.
Without any reasoning my cost has gone up 50%. They plow the snow right up to your unit so you have to shovel yourself in and out of the unit, the handles are all rusting off the doors, and as a long time customer to be price gauged like this with no vision of where all the extra funding is going is ridiculous
Using this Public Storage location was so easy and convenient. Every single employee with whom I interacted was so helpful and efficient, they provided outstanding customer service! The app and website made it really easy too.
