Terrible unethical business. Do not rent with Public Storage unless you fully understand the bait and switch business method. They will raise your prices randomly and frequently and without concern for the customers, knowing how difficult it is for some people to relocate their things. Awful business, awful customer service, so happy to finally be leaving! DO NOT RENT WITH PUBLIC STORAGE!
Wanted to update review for new property manager Jessica. Jessica goes above and beyond! The climate control building is being swept and very clean. Notice her out on property picking up trash and weeding. Jessica is a pleasure to work with and has assisted me on several occasions. Recent contact with Paul and Jeanette were above standard. Appreciate the extra help they both provided. Kristy is always so helpful and accommodating! I had to move to a larger unit and she made it so easy and provided everything needed to make the transfer. Kristy goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. Also have noticed facility is cleaner.

I must say this was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Jessica was so patient and so helpful, and she was able to handle me and customers as they entered. She was great at multitasking all in all. Jessica did a very good job and I will recommend for people to go see her!

Paul is one of the best manners I have ran into. I have rented uhaul for years going from one state to another and I must say Paul knows the system and is great with problem solving. Also I met Jessica who is absolutely customer service friendly.
If you are looking for a drive up self storage space, do not go here. I reserved a storage space online and prepaid. When I showed up to inspect the storage unit, it was damp and moldy. Completely unacceptable. I only received a partial refund despite contacting Public Storage multiple times. If you value the property you plan to store, I highly recommend against these drive up units.

Like someone else said, bait and switch on pricing. In 2 years my 10x 30 went from $135 to $236. Tony tried blaming inflation. Also serious problems with snow removal and units flooding.
