I was very impressed on how helpful Jenny was , with a great smile and attitude made me feel very welcomed!
Unfortunately when I stop by on the following Saturday the lady that was in your office was the total opposite not very helpful would not listen to my concerns and was constantly complaining about having to be there n having to go to another storage facility to continue working...At one point I asked her if you guys were short staffed n she said of course but they don't pay but $16.00 an hour so we can't get anyone to apply ...
I left there a bit disappointed because she also said the police were there all the time, making me wonder if my belongings were even safe there.
I asked Jenny about that and she reassured me I had nothing to worry about....

My experience was they have a good customer service, the place was amazing.
My Dad passed, and he was in charge of a number of storage units for family in the area. It was such a hassle having to deal with numerous companies and locations, I can say Jenny and her husband at this Public Storage were easily the nicest to work with and really took the time to explain the process and help us get all our ducks in a row. Thank you Jenny!

This place is a joke I paid them six months in advance and they could not refund my money for two units that did not open because of Ice was on the ground poor management do not go here please.

This is a review dedicated to Melody. She has went above and beyond to tend to the issues and concerns of myself. In a time where so many individuals are suffering from loss, illness, stress, depression, anxiety and grief, people can easily dismiss the problems and concerns of others, because they are going through problems themselves! But, Melody was not that kind of human being. She took the time to deal with any concerns that I had. Often times, there are those in higher positions of employment that do not do the job well. A crooked police officer, an unjust judge, a deceptive president. The fact the Melody has exemplified a person of higher integrity and goodwill than some who hold much higher positions of employment says so much about her character, heart and state of mind. May Melody be rewarded for how she has handled me. 🌷
