Service is very good, riley helped me to get my storage unit and answer any questions.
Absolutely disgraceful and dishonorable business policies. I am paying over 250 dollar for my unit, when we contracted it for about half of that not 7 months ago. Its been slowly increasing in price. We have our entire house there. I was told that if there are any price discrepancies, we can just email or call and they can adjust no problem. Well, their "solution" is to move to the unit in front, which is the same size and the same conditions, but for the much lower price. You know that people wont do that, I am not even physically there to move my stuff. I am paying a CAR PAYMENT, this is an abuse and a predatory behavior on people without a home to store their stuff. PUBLIC STORAGE = STRESS AND NOT PEACE OF MIND!!!!!!

Office staff are very helpful and accommodating. Clean facility. Only complaint I have is increasing prices constantly.
Not a tenant, I recently visited in an effort to store friend's property.
The place is clean — halls, bathrooms, environment generally.
Access, however, is convoluted and challenging. I get the whole security thing, but needing a phone with an app (that also tracks and invades privacy) just to use an elevator or get into the building, well, that's enough to turn me off totally from using the place if ever I should want storage.
The loading bay is too small and inefficient to the point of being unusable if the two bays are in use by other tenants. Having to (un)load with vehicle in parking lot defeats the purpose of having a bay that is efficient and out of the weather.
Hours aren't correct. Done by appointment only. Stopped by at 5:15 pm and were closed for the day.
I had to Switch to a different unit because of water leakage in mine. Jessica was more than helpful. She help me get everything situated and let me know the steps to proceed. Thank you very much, Jessica.!

5 Stars!!! 6 stars if I could! This is absolutely the best place for anything you need to store!!! Riley at the Maple Grove location on Zachary is hands down the most helpful person!! Easy to access any unit! Excellent prices and friendly staff all around!! If you’re at the green and white storage place, you should switch to Public Storage!!!!
OVERALL, I'm very happy. Chris is great, he answered all my questions, and was very helpful!! It's always clean, I would recommend 100%-!!!! *******UPDATE, SO ON 3-13-24' I HAD A ISSUE COME UP, I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND I HAD RILEY HELP ME OUT, HE TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUE WITH IN 2MIN. Twice I have come up to a lotcked office door during business hours with a problem that then couldn’t be solved. I had to leave my storage unit unlocked.
The unit itself does not have any light, so it’s pitch black when you’re trying to find things. Other storage units I’ve used have unit lights.

Right hand door for indoor storage loading area has been broken for months. This loading area is very busy. it's been incredibly inconvenient. Doors and elevators are constantly breaking. Always takes long time to get fixed.
most people at this point just park outside and then haul their stuff in and out from there.

The loading dock design just makes this place not worth it. If more than two vehicles are here, expect to wait until they’re done if you have things you need to bring up with carts. The garage doors are constantly broken as well
I've put up with the rising rates as I've had good service and easy access. That changed today when only one garage door worked and then neither elevator would go up. Of course the office was locked and no answer when calling.
It is frequently dirty and you end up getting stuck if there is one car in each bay.
Good:
The facility is solid and secure. Usually pretty clean/just a few discarded items never troublesome. Entering is easy enough and the app is handy, activating the wrong door is common but never problematic. The app is super handy.
Bad:
Only open/allows access till 9 P.M., so if you have any sort of abnormal schedule it can be a pain to get there when it's convenient for you.
I think there's one dolly that all the wheels work well on, the other 3 have a wheel that sticks and makes it much more difficult to push whatever you load.
Prices increase frequently. In the 7 months I've had a space my initial monthly price has already increased by 37.5%, which is the major factor in my review; I'd much prefer the "real" price up front for budget and expectations, at the current pace my monthly rate will of doubled after a 19 months, which feels excessive.
Customer service area onsite they are very rude. They open the door slightly to talk to you and close the door on people. Why do you have a customer service area if you won’t let people in to purchase a storage unit
Limitted hours are a bummer (No access after 9 P.M.).
Flatbeds for use in lobby work, but most have a faulty wheel or two.
Rates have been raised twice in the 5 months I've been there (does not include the initial month savings readjusting to normal).
Facility is clean and organized.
I was happy initially, but the extra $30 monthly feels like a bait and switch for once you get your stuff moved in since it's a pain to move out.
Facility is very clean. Customer service was great at getting me in at fair price to start. I only made partial payment on second month and wow, 5 days later I was locked out. Needed only two day to catch up. Which I can understand. It's a business and they need to collect rent. Well please use our money to fix door. Or open all day so we can get In. One big truck and a ramp and nobody gets In. I can get you in touch with garage door installer if needed. Just email me. Also two weeks no soap in men's room. Otherwise your 5 star. But until that d9or and soap issue gets resolved I gotta grade you 3.8 stars out of 5.

After they offered me a month free, if I write good review . Which I did . Then raised the rate almost double which They then proceeded to put a lien on everything I had in storage . and I lost it ,even though I’m on food stamps and county help. They wouldn’t t let me speak to anyone about the issue at the time because I didn’t have an Id .
Garage doors for drive in area are constantly broken causing issues getting in and out. Exit door has been broken for months. Also need to post signage instructing customers to turn off vehicles in garage area. Customer run cars for long periods of time leaving people trying to get in and out inhaling dangerous fumes. Staff should in place to help with this and equipped to answer questions which they are not.
Storage is fine, but rollup garage door has been broken for weeks. Desk person is hard to find when you need them. Bathrooms no soap or toilet paper. Rent increases frequently.
I wouldn't recommend going to any public storage ever, they'll start with a fair price for a storage room then out of nowhere will add an extra half to my bill, then they added on an insurance fee which makes no sense to me to be completely honest. My location told it was in case of fire or if my stuff was stolen but I have the keys and it's a well fortified building, I cant get behind that reasoning especially with them basically making me pay for another room. So do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys
The front desk manager was very helpful when I was trying to find my unit and helped me understand all the different aspects of owning a unit.
Facility is clean and secure. Met our needs for the size of the rental unit. What is disappointing is the unexpected rate increases. I understand they have the right, but 3 separate times in under 9 months seems ridiculous. Office staff was good to work with giving me all the options available for scaling down for a cheaper unit. Hopefully this unit won't see as big of increases as frequently as the last...
I’ve been to this location a few times with my buddy who rents here. It is a secure location you need a passcode to get into the loading bay. Then again to enter the first floor or to enter the elevator. My critique would be more carts, it is a big facility and they only have 3 flatbed carts and no dollys from what I have seen. Also a couple trash cans at least one on every floor by the elevator. There is literally non to be found not even in the bathrooms, so there is trash everywhere from the loading bay, elevators, bathrooms all cause there are no trash bins. It is an easily accessible location right off the highway 610.

Just got help from a representative went to my storage it was to small.then I go to the front no one is available door locked no doorbell so I call the phone number voicemail.this place would not recommend to no one trying to get my kk way back now wish me luck
