DO NOT RENT HERE. I rented this unit and 10 minutes later, before I even put in the first item, I noticed that the ceiling leaked. This was literally 10 minutes after I rented it. I went to the office and asked for a different unit and they had no more 10x15 units so they agreed to refund me in full. Guess what, they DIDN'T.
Don't believe the people who say Zoe is great. Zoe LIED TO MY FACE that she would provide a full refund. DO NOT RENT HERE.
I have attached 3 pictures. The first is the hole in the ceiling.The white circular lines you can see inside the hole is DAYLIGHT. If it shows daylight, it is not watertight. The next picture shows the water stains on the floor, directly below this hole. The 3rd picture is the pamphlet and lock they had left on the floor. When I went to pick it up, it was stuck to the floor because it had gotten wet. You can see the water stains on the paper. DO NOT RENT HERE.
Worst place to rent a unit, you cannot access your storage whenever you need even the open hours. They don’t answer their phone and even they don’t call back. I don’t recommend it go use other storage facilities.
Needed to move to a smaller space and my request was handled promptly. The facility is clean and appears to be well maintained and managed.
I had to get a replacement key for my unit, totally my fault, Zoe Ann made the whole experience quick and painless with five star customer service, same as always.

Zoe deserves multiple raises/promotions. She is both knowledgeable and personable, as well as kind. She helped get our family set up with the perfect solution for our apartment move, and had the patience and consideration of a saint when our move/situation changed and we needed to transfer to a smaller unit. One of the few customer service people who I have actually enjoyed talking with instead of just using canned/boxed responses out of politeness.

I've been renting at Edina public storage for a few years. I had a situation where another tenant had their vehicle extended in their stall. This made it difficult for me to get my boat out of storage. Zoe Ann stepped up and got me into a better stall right away. Great customer service!

The location was close and clean. Zoe was a WONDERFUL help and always willing to answer questions. My only concern was that the entrance lift gate was open for anyone to go into the gated area for many many days. It made me feel uneasy while alone.

Zoe was very accommodating during move in and move out, made the process very easy and explained everything very clearly.
One thing to keep in mind, and I doubt it's anything specific to this location necessarily, is that our rental rate was raised every few months almost immediately. The unit we initially rented at ~$50/month ended up costing us ~$85/month after two years. So don't expect the initial rate to stick for too long.

I have been buying storage units from auctions for around a year now from multiple different facilities and I gotta say, Zoe was the best facility attendant I have come across yet. She was by far the friendliest associate I have met. She even went out of her way to help carry an item that wouldn't fit on the cart to my vehicle! I will be actively looking for more units to purchase from this facility just to see her friendly face again.

Zoe is such a gem and a real asset to Public Storage. It's unusual these days to interact with someone in a business who is so lovely and willing to go the extra mile, but Zoe does. She glady gave us information and made our experience a seemless and pleasant one The Rosemount branch (both the site manager and the Customer Service Manager) where I left quite the opposite review, could learn a thing or two about Customer service from Zoe. Public Storage had lost our business after our Rosemount experience, but Zoe won it back and she should be acknowledged for that.

We had our Catalytic convertor stolen back in Nov. or Dec. of last year and they did nothing to help. they couldn't even provide video and said they don't keep records longer than 3 weeks! There was no email notification to alert other customers as well that there was multiple stolen/cut convertors in their "secure" lot. Also failed to announce or warn other customers after incidents via recent activities. The lady that's sit and managed the lot was really flustered when i asked about the protocols and wanted to report the incident. It was like she didn't know the process to submitting an internal claim on break ins. Others have posted on here that this might be a possible inside job...i feel the same. Especially when wanting to see camera records etc. Should be a class action lawsuit on negligence and false advertising on security. think twice about this place.

my unit was also broke into and a lock of theirs was put on in the one I had. I contacted the police and later was told the company did not cooperate and erased the video that that was on file. I think it was an inside job. All my stuff was gone and they wouldn't do a thing to help I.D. the people responsible. BEWARE!!!
