Tom is amazing and so helpful and sweet. I never had any problems at this location. The climate controlled building had no problems amazing all around. Always clean dolly's always available also very nice people who rent from here as well. (Tom needs a raise!!!!!!!!)

It is a friends locker, facility is neat and clean. Doesn't allow 24 hour access though so think twice if storing something like a boat/recreational vehicle can't get in before 6am. And have a 9PM curfew to return. This has interfered with fishing plans. And the hours is really only issue we've experienced. Otherwise it would be 5 stars 🌟
Staff has gone above and beyond, is extremely helpful, and was an absolute breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences at other storage facilities!!! Strongly recommend.

I have had several storages spaces at this EP location and other public storage locations throughout the Twin Cities. Jessica is the best! She is very easy to work with and follows through to make sure everything goes smoothly. Going forward I will only lease from a location she is at!

I absolutely regret ever renting a storage unit from this place the management is terrible, never there, and when you can get a hold of them they are very uncooperative and combative. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

There was an issue regarding safety with my unit. I was notified within hours, unit secured and reassured. Jessica was great, she shared she lock checks every night and I could tell security and integrity were valued.
