Tykisha the manager is very respectful and very was intentive what I needed and she helped me rent the best size for my stuff I needed to store. I really appreciate her help.. I give her and her store 10/10 very clean and well organized!!

If you have any issues with this location property manager will not solve problem sufficiently. Petty at returning calls and post additional fees to obtain pocket change. If you call manager will exaggerate fees on your account as form of punishment

Absolutely terrible place to rent from. I can only give one star, if possible I'd give zero or negative stars. Upon renting the unit I was told by the agent the price would never change, I was locked in. That was not true. The price goes up whenever they feel like it, multiple time over the 1.5 years I needed this facility. When I called to challenge this the agent I spoke to was no longer working there. I called to tell them I was vacating on the 2nd of the month and they are billing me for the entire month. When asked for customer service to see if i could pro-rate the cost of being there literally one day past the billing cycle, the customer service agent was beyond rude and actually hung up on me when I asked pointed questions about the policy. Zero stars, would not recommend, find a better place or just burn you belongings, you'll be happier in the long run. 0/0 stars.

Our experience at public storage was better than expected! Tim provided excellent service and was extremely helpful in the whole process. He was more than willing to show us different sized units, answered all questions and more, and was overall a highlight in our visit. We were able to pick a unit for our needs, were satisfied with the cleanliness and security of the location, and are feeling much relief!

He was so nice, easy to talk with, always had a big smile and called you back when you had a question. Our items in storage were kept safe and in great condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I booked to view a storage unit online. I stopped by the location early and Krystal went out of her way to assist me with viewing the unit and then booking the unit. I have had the unite for a couple months now and I have been very pleased with the access to the unit. No issues, which is exactly what I was looking for.

We bought an online auction unit at . 10:00am. No one showed up to let us in the gate and unlock the unit. We drove an 1 1/2 hours to even get there. We ended up going again there the next day. When a auction ends there should if be someone should be there to let you in.

I just recently upgraded from a normal storage unit that was a 5x5 to a climate controlled 10x5 and was definitely worth upgrading! I would highly recommend a bigger space and climate controlled if possible!

Probably better options available. The spaces are very cold inside the building so if it's climate controlled you coulda fooled me. Isn't open late. Considering you need a key to get in I should be able to get to my stuff whenever I want.

I am pleasantly surprised at the top to bottom renovation of this facility! They have done a huge transformation here. It has been painted and refreshed from top to bottom. It looks like brand new.

TERRIBLE! Short staffed and never answers the phones or return calls. Try extra space storage or uhaul or a company that actually wants your buisness

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. If you ever need to lock your things up at this storage, please please do yourself a favor and purchase your own lock. I made a huge mistake by storing my valuables inside the storage the woman that helped me she gave me a lot of Public Storages, and told me I did not have to purchase my own so i used you their lock.. and made sure I purchase insurance like she told me. The next day after I placed my things in storage I came back out to my storage because I needed to grab clothes and a few other items and noticed my brand new $3,000.00 tv I had just purchased was missing. I told her about it she told me to call and place an insurance claims so I did..they told me they couldn’t do anything for me because there wasn’t any damage done to the door like someone broke in my unit so I was out of luck :( there wasn’t anything I could do so you can only imagine how upset I was. I’m pretty sure she (the woman there) made copies of my key and had someone go in and take my tv out of my storage so she’s not on camera walking back there. There was no camera near my unit so I was just out of a storage. Please don’t be like me and use one of there locks .

I had a great experience with Brian in a transfer from one unit to another. He was so helpful and happy to help me to make the transition go as smooth as possible. I do not like to do everything online and he explained how the process would be done and reassured me that I would not be charged for 2 units the following month.

Brian was great to work with. There had been an issue with my credit due to someone stealing my identity. I was told all my creditors would be notified and changed to new card but that didn’t happen. He helped me get the correct information and reversed the charges. He was very friendly and easy to work with!

Brian or Bryan was extremely helpful when getting my unit set up. Great communication and excellent detail. Would absolutely recommend to others!

Had to put stuff in storage

Overpriced run down storage units that you can't access after 9 pm. Also the storage units there don't have the height that most storage unit facilities have, therefore they are run down, overpriced, inaccessible after 9pm and small. Size does matter (am I right ladies 😉).

They are completely over priced, I was supposed to get the first month half off and I didn't. They make you get insurance on your things through their insurance unless you get your own. They charge you for a lock because it HAS to be a special kind... The really kicker is they charge a $30 administrative fee and the storage was dirty. At least run a broom through it if you're not going to hose it down.

Warning!!!! Don't use this service! Will charge you for gas and miles you did not use.

The manager is barely ever in the office when I stop by to sign papers. Very annoying!!

We reserved a unit online and went into the office to finish up the process. Sara helped us and was very friendly, professional, and overall had great customer service. Sara informed us that the unit that was assigned to us online had issues with ice buildup so she was switching us to a different unit. She automatically ensured that the $1 first month and price special that we reserved online was honored, despite the new unit being a higher cost in the system. I greatly appreciated her taking the time for that. The facility is clean and well kept up with. We saw Sara walking around outside looking for and picking up any trash on the property. Overall, very happy with our experience.
