Manager is Amazing, she assisted everytime I needed it, she follows up in timely manner, 8 has great customer service.
Customer Service: Very nice but you have to go in person. They won't pickup the phone.
Unit: Decent when first rented (Outside Unit). After a year, found mice droppings. Mice went through most of the stuff. Had to re-clean everything and re-wrap everything.
Overall: Unit was decently priced at first, then obviously it GOES UP for no reason. It states in the contract that it can go up anytime they choose, you only get a post card, so be very careful. Public storage is a rent a few months then leave kind of place. This place is filled with mice and not very clean. Will only rent if they keep the rent at $1. If you are planning to stay longer than the promotional, mice will go through all your stuff. Water also leaks through. Threw a lot of stuff away.

Do not get a unit facing north!! My garage door was frozen shut for 2 months over the winter. My door was flooded with 4” of ice. I bought 2 40lb bags of salt, broke an ice chisel and spent 3 hours chipping. When I got my door open all my stuff was frozen to the floor under 2 “ of ice. Complained to the staff. Nothing was done and I wasn’t compensated. This place sucks!
My experience was they have a good customer service, the place was amazing. 5 Stars !
Been at the storage unit for three years in one unit when prices kept getting higher and had to move to smaller unit moved into smaller unit with all of my things. Whoever was next-door to my unit was storing a dog or dog food when the unit people made them move out, whatever was going on in their unit travel to my unit which were lots of mice, lost everything close furniture to beds been paying $15 insurance every month for 3 years straight after talking to the insurance company, enduring everything, they told me to do as in taking pictures of things that were ruined by mice vermix only covers $250 so that’s what they’re giving me for losing everything in my house $250 from the insurance company and the storage place says they have nothing to do with it take it up with their insurance people🤬🤬🤬🤔
They have been very understanding and willing to work with you if you're honest and hold up on your word
My lot wasclean, staff was friendly if well practiced in their script, and overall had no trouble with the experience. The price was only acceptable because of a holiday deal, and once it expires a move may be needed.
My trailer was stolen out of this property and no one will even get on the phone with me. Don’t trust this place!

Horrible setup for the climate controlled units. They're not inside the actual gated storage facility, like one would expect. You have to go to a different address to access them, but no one told us that. We went after the 6pm office hours and couldn't get in and no one was there or available to answer the phones. We called the main corporate 800 tech support phone number and they had no idea how to get into the climate controlled indoor units and couldn't help us. So we had to drive all the way back home, unload all the stuff so it didn't freeze, then load it back up in the morning and bring it back to get into our unit. The units were nice once we got in, that's the only reason they get 2 stars.
They have nice storage rates, and they do patrol on the grounds I felt my things were safe their.
