Very helpful and courteous during move in and move out of storage. Owner was always attentive and called back right away when needed.
Once you get a unit, they increase prices every few months, beyond what you would pay for a new unit.

I’d give it 0/5 if possible. Look at reviews from people who didn’t just move in, You get a discount when you give them 5 stars at move in.
I wrote a review 2 years ago when I first rented a storage “Had such a great experience here. I had no idea what I was doing, nor the size I needed and Rachael helped with everything. She made what I thought would be a stressful experience so easy and even brightened my day every time I came into the office! I am very satisfied with my expeience because of her.”
I had amazing help when I moved in with my original lady that helped me she is no longer the property manager there and since then I feel it has just gone downhill. I was told I would be reimbursed money if I vacated my unit before the first which is not true. Not only am I not getting reimbursed for rushing to get out but the day that I was moving everything out the power in Apple Valley went out and they do not have back up generators so several of us were locked inside the gate. When I originally rented the unit I could contact the property manager at anytime with any questions have amazing assistance and help ever since she left I never got callbacks in timely manners or at all some times. Several of the units have leaks which wouldn’t be a big deal because you can submit an Insurance claim but when it’s photos and valuable items that cannot be replaced it’s very upsetting opening up your unit to things soaking wet and damaged. You are better off using another storage company. They are no help and do not resolve any issues.
WAY too expensive as well. I found other places for almost half the price. They up the price aggressively. Not worth the money.

I just wanna say that Mike is a great employee to public storage. He’s helped me with unlocking my storage because I lost my keys AND my dumb self ended up dropping my graduation ring on the floor and didn’t even know about it until Mike gave me a call a couple days later. He’s truly amazing and awesome for going out of his way to find out who it belonged to and I will forever be thankful that this place has Mike as an employee. Great experience and customer service!!!

Contacted Public storage about 3 weeks prior to move in date, spoke to gentleman by the name of Mike.. he was very helpful From the initial contact to move date. ( he even called the day before with a reminder) this was a nice touch. I had just needed to move some products from my business to this location and needed a smaller unit.
He walked me around showed me various sizes... every unit he showed me was very clean.
Everything listed above is not what I received from the previous location in apple valley. From his professionalism, the cleanliness of the units to the attentiveness that I received from Mike was stellar! I highly recommend this location, I don't think I seen one cobwebb in the unit that I choose. Furthermore... What blew me away was he offered to shovel the snow in front of the unit prior to my move in date & when I showed up there he did exactly what he promised. Wow! I've never received this type of superb treatment from a rental facility before .. you can't go wrong choosing this location.
If possible maybe ask for Mike when you set up your reservation... I think you'll be happy you did, I think asking for him may help with a smooth transition.
Which is not what I received at the previous location.
Thank you so much for making life easier. This is hard to come by nowadays.
