Such a great experience with Public Storage at St. Clair Shores, MI! Within minutes of reserving my storage space online, I was contacted via phone by a staff member,Tom, who provided information about their storage services and specific directions to their facility. Chris was also excellent, expediting the storage rental with clear explanations and personable service. The storage space was immaculate. After so many hassles with relocation to Detroit, I so appreciated that Tom and Chris made this interim step in relocation such a breeze!

Let’s start with the reason for me getting a storage. There was a fire at one of your other facilities (Fraser, mi) on July 6. You all failed to notify anybody of the fire for two whole weeks. After I was able to pick through what was left of the fire I had no other choice but to put it in another one of your units that I paid regular price for. I’ve lost over $20,000 worth of furniture and electronics. I am very disappointed in the way public storage has handled this incident. I would give a zero stars if I could.

The facility is exceptionally clean and quiet, providing a peaceful environment for storing my personal belongings.
